The space

The space offers comfort and convenience with its thoughtfully designed layout. Both bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, providing a restful night's sleep for up to four guests. One bedroom is conveniently located downstairs, while the other, with its own private bathroom, is tucked away upstairs.

Our fully equipped kitchen invites you to whip up delicious meals during your stay. Whether it's a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you'll find everything you need at your fingertips. And for your convenience, feel free to use the washer and dryer during your stay.

Step outside to our back patio, where you can savor your morning coffee or unwind in the evening on patio furniture. A small backyard adds a touch of greenery, providing a pleasant outdoor space to enjoy.

Rest assured, towels and bedding are provided for your stay, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience. We've taken care of the details, so you can focus on making the most of your time in Sacramento.


Guest access

Guest have access to the whole house. (Garage is not available)

- Kitchen: Coffee maker, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, oil, salts, and peppers.

Check-in: 5 pm.
Check-out: 11 am.

- Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed.
- Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect.
- Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house.
- No parties allowed.
- We don't allow visitors from our guests for security reasons.
- No pets.
- No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee).
- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither).
- Locals must contact us before booking.

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.
