Check in was very easy. It was clean. The carpets need a little refresh. A few more kitchen items could be added. A can opener was not available. I purchased one and left it for the next person. It was easy getting to Disney. Walmart is super close. It was pretty quiet even being on the second floor. I would stay again.

Needs updating

This was a great location for our stay. Cheer competition at ESPN. While you could tell it was clean, the carpets are terrible. They need a major cleaning!! Also make sure you are prepared to buy toilet paper and toiletries as they are sparse.

Great location and spacious confo

It was an overall great stay however, the condo floors needed to be vacuumed upon arrival. I did vacuum them and realized they may not have been cleaned for a long time and the dust was a lot. It lacked a broom to be able to clean up after ourselves and some basic items needed to prepare meals like wood spoon and cheese grater and ice trays. The bedding was stained and the carpets need to be cleaned. (But I’m a neat freak) and the chairs need to be replaced. Like I said room was great, location was perfect! Easy in out, easy access to pool! Spacious condo.

Short Mickey visit

This was a nice condo, with modern updates. Some furniture shows its age but not horrible. Kitchen is only sparsely equipped. Property manager was excellent and responsive to the need of having smoke detector batteries changed. Place was clean on check in. One king bed has a very thin super soft mattress, the other is thin and really firm. We’ve stayed at Windsor Hills many times and the location is always great!

Very clean spacious unit. Property had great amenities with the club house and pool area. Listing had most information, we requested additional info prior to our stay but I had to message twice before I got a response. Would definitely return.

Disney getaway

The unit was large, clean and in good working order. If bed comfort is important to you, note one king bed is very soft and the other is very firm. The bunk is surprisingly comfortable. The complex is fantastic, great pool, playgrounds and our little one was obsessed with the arcade. Short drive to all things Disney and no shortage of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and my son loved the bunk bed in the Mickey mouse room. The grounds were well taken care of. The pool/water slide area was fun and the water was heated. Overall a pleasant stay!

Great 4 nights

We had a great stay at Windsor Hills beautiful property. The condo was a good size for a family of four and pool was great. Only down side was you can hear footsteps from the upstairs unit. Two night we could hear children constantly running around the condo. We had an issue with a lamp. I called the property manager and got no response our entire stay. We would definitely stay here again great value for the money.
