Great place! 10 adults, 1 teen...plenty of space.

Clean, comfortable, roomy. Lazy river/pool and hot tubs were enjoyed by many. Easy walk to beach. Lots of parking, covered and open. Definitely recommend. Would stay here again.

Good accommodations for a group of golfers

Large condo with the right amount of bedrooms and beds for a guys getaway for golf. Older property but value well worth the price. Easy to get around with Uber and convenient to airport.

Great layout and location!

Stayed at the unit over Christmas with my family. Very nicely decorated and maintained. The huge TV in the living is fantastic. Plenty of room and great location.

Spacious enough for 7 families

This property was a perfect home base for half of our dance team family when we weren't at the Convention Center competing . The kitchen and living area was large enough for all of us to come together to dine or to hang out. The girls especially liked the pool. This the second time we’ve used this and won’t be the last.

Exactly like the pictures. We all enjoyed our stay.

The sofa bed needs to be replaced and one of the comforters had a tear in it, but overall it was our best vacation yet. We all enjoyed having so much room and we were a block from the beach. The kids loved the lazy river pool and the adults enjoyed the Jacuzzi. We had a problem with the lock on our front door, but they came right away and took care of it. We will definitely use them again. Loved it!

Beach trip

Plenty of room for us all . I like that the pictures on line were spot on . The cleaning could have been better the floors not clean when we arrived. The shower curtains had mold on them.*

Vacation stay

It was overall a good time !! A little confusing when we first arrived bc there is no office to check in and we had no idea where to park or where our house was located. Luckily some others staying in the condo helped us out. House was huge and lots of space for our family to stay and have a good time. Very clean and relaxing. Only other thing i will say is the pool technically closes at 11 but people go in all night long and it can get noisy.

Family Beach Vacation

I liked the property and found that it fit our group very well. It was close enough to the beach to be convenient. The property was in good repair and clean. The only negative was the only elevator had a rancid smell like mildew all week. Everyone dreaded it. This area of the beach has very little bars and nite-clubs. It was very quite. All in all, I would recommend this property to others.

Bumpy Start

After traveling all day with 21 adults we get to the unit only to discover there is nowhere to park. A big portion of the parking was blocked off for motor bikes only due to Bikefest. Then we get into the unit to find it was 80 degrees due to the 2nd floor A/C unit going completely out. Even with two temporary blowers installed. Thankfully the maintenance was completed the very next morning even on the Holiday weekend. The rest of the stay turned out as expected. While it all turned out okay in the end. I don't recommend going here during a high activity weekend.

Just was not what we are used to.

Was not happy about the floors, very dirty. Do not walk around without shoes. No big pots or skillets. We were a family of 14, however I did call and they brought us some more. A few of the cable boxes were just dangling from the wall outlets, so they sent someone to put up some shelves for them. Furniture is in dire need of replacing, dining room chairs sank badly and back of sofa was very loose, beds not very good. All in all I could live with these things if the cost was a lot lower, but for the price I paid I would not stay again. Management was very sorry and did all that they could do. P.S You need more silverware and knives that cut.

We enjoyed our stay

My friends and I visited super bowl weekend. The place was clean, a few of the televisions in the room didn’t work but that didn’t effect us at all. The place looks exactly as the ad shows. Very convenient for a big crowd. The internet is very very very weak. We tried streaming the super bowl and had to use our own hotspot because of the weak connections. There were some stains on the towels as if they were used and folded back but there were extra towels to use. Overall we had a great time and I would still stay again.

Elevator was really slow and hot inside....dryer didn't dry clothes on first time drying...people across from us got into a fight 2 separate nights yelling and screaming at each other, but other than that we had a good time
