This Nice Condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 Bathrooms. All 3 of the Bedrooms are upstairs with the living space and entertaining spaces downstairs on the main floor.

Fully stocked kitchen with most everything you would need to cook for your family. Nice Barb-Q area outside with a Charcoal Smoker Grill. You can cook directly under the meat or use the Smoke Box on the end for Smoking ribs or your favorite meat, Cheese or Veggies.

Dining seating for 8 people at the table and Bar. Living room seating for 7-8.
Bedrooms sleep 6 easy with 3 queen beds and we've also added a Crib in the Master if you are bringing your tiny ones.

Free Laundry in the Condo with detergent provided. Linens, Towels, Soaps and Coffee are provided.

You have full access with no shares spaces.

CHECK-IN: Check-in time is 3pm.
CHECK-OUT: Check out time is 10am. Guest agrees to pay the daily rental rate if not checked out by the specified check out time.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANTS: Only the specific number of guests noted in the booking are allowed on premises, unless approved in writing by host.

Guest fees for each guest over the regular default booking of 2 guests. $15 per night per guest above 2.

$20 for early check-ins or late checkouts. (If available)
