Pinnacle Port, nestled between Panama City Beach and 30A. If you love both breathtaking ocean and lake views, look no further. Tucked away in the quiet, private, gated community of Carillon Beach, you will have the best of both worlds! This gorgeous two-bedroom condo offers stunning views of both Lake Powell and the Gulf.  With a view from almost every room.  Your family will experience endless entertainment with a large number of amenities offered by the resort, including four tennis courts, basketball courts,, Saunas, playgrounds, indoor and outdoor pools, grills, and the marina. Walk to nearby shops and restaurants. It's located right in the middle of Panama City Beach and 30A, so there are endless options for food and fun!   Our beautifully decorated condo provides a spacious kitchen that is fully equipped, adjacent to the living room, with plenty of seating for everyone. There, you can relax and enjoy your favorite shows on the large flatscreen TV or step out onto the balcony to catch a glimpse of a sunrise or sunset over the Lake. Located upstairs, you will find the large oceanfront master bedroom with a comfy King bed and private balcony overlooking the gulf. Just down the hall is the guest bedroom, perfect for your little ones, with two twin bunks over a queen and a view of the Lake. There are two full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs as well so your family will have plenty of space to get ready for a family photo shoot on the beach or dinner at one of the amazing nearby restaurants.

Condo was clean and well stocked. Great view of lake and ocean. Fun Quest was great with their communication. We enjoyed the resort amenities and parking was not a hassle. We would definitely rent from Fun Quest in the future and stay at Pinnacle Port again.

Mixed feelings about this one

Master Bedroom bed was VERY HARD and has SHEER CURTAINS-so if you like the morning sun shining on you at 6 AM-you will like this. If you want to sleep later--this does not work. I asked mgt if they had removed the real curtains-and they were good to respond quickly-and let me know this is how the owner decorated it and that it was the same in the online photos. True--but they are pushed to the side in the photo and you cannot tell they are sheer. I have never stayed anywhere where they curtains are sheer. The other bedroom with the bunk had nice dark curtains. The beach was fabulous. Outdoor showers to rinse the sandI appreciated a lock code on the door so we did not need to carry key cards.Cleanliness-OK except for in the Master bath-2 of the washcloths had a long black hair on them. we did not use these! Other than that it was clean.The condo is noisy-you can hear the units next to you and also people running in the hallway and slamming doors. But-overall-the pool area was nice. The dock for fishing was cool-we did not catch anything but it was fun to try. Some people caught crabs. There was a lot of parking. There are tennis courts. They have drawn Pickleball lines on the court and you have to use the tennis net. The beach was so great-but hardly got any sleep between the noise and the morning sun-so I do not think we will return.

Nice but

We enjoyed our stay. As stated below we also had no trash can during our stay. I let them know the day we got there. We never got one and had to hang our trash bag on a cabinet knob all week. We also noticed after walking around in the condo our feet were dirty. We love staying at pinnacle port and it’s a great resort. Other than the trash can issue and poor water pressure in hall shower the stay was great.

It was ok

The decor and furniture was nice. The building however was old and it showed in the condo. The beds we’re comfortable but the shower water pressure was horrible. The place looked clean but if you walk around barefoot your feet will turn brown and it was obvious a toilet wasn’t cleaned. There was no kitchen trash can and some of the cabinet doors were falling off. There was really nowhere to hang towels and clothes to dry. The air filter need to be changed but the view of the beach was beautiful. I didn’t call the rental company because we were trying to settle in and we didn’t want anyone coming in while we were there.

Spring Break

Stayed with grandkids, condo was very nice excellent views and within reach of nice restaurants walking, and overall enjoyment.
