This is a spacious 2 bedroom layout that sleeps 7! It consists of bedroom one with a king bed and stunning view with balcony access, bedroom two with twin over full bunk. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area that can sleep 2 guests.

It doesn't end here! Sterling Reef boasts several amenities such as a pool, and fitness center! Enjoy the local area as well – this low density resort is situated 3 minutes to the county pier for great fishing! It is also walking distance to Shipwreck Island Water Park! Don't forget St. Andrews State Park. Here you can visit the jetties, fish, snorkel, or take a shuttle to visit Shell Island for the day. You're sure to see several dolphins along the way! If you just want lounge, beach chairs with umbrellas are available to rent from local beach service located on the white sandy beach behind the condo. Dining options abound in this area and there is ample shopping and entertainment at Pier Park, just a few miles down the road!

- All ADA service animals must be pre-approved by the Sterling Reef Homeowners Association.

- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.

-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.

- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

- Parking passes and wristbands are $50 and not included in your total. You will register and pay this directly to the resort.
