Le GulfCrest Condominium and Resort repose sur le quartier exclusif de Thomas Drive à Panama City Beach décrit comme «Les plus belles plages du monde» par Travel Channel. Mangez, dormez ou détendez-vous sur l'un des plus grands balcons (39 pieds) de la côte d'émeraude. Depuis la vue de face du golfe au 6e étage, regardez votre famille jouer sur la plage, nagez dans l'une des deux piscines du golfe ou de la piscine pour enfants.

Vous ne voudrez peut-être jamais quitter l'unité, mais si vous le faites, il y a un bar / restaurant Tiki Hut au bord de la piscine et d'excellents restaurants et divertissements familiaux sont à quelques pas. Profitez du parc d'attractions, du golf, de la pêche hauturière, du jet ski, de la plongée en apnée ou passez simplement une journée de détente à proximité de St. Andrews State Park ou Shell Island où vous pourrez nager avec les daupins. Et il n'y a pas d'embouteillages ou de croisière sur Thomas Drive - entrée et sortie faciles.

Le grand plan d'étage ouvert dispose de deux chambres, deux salles de bains, une zone superposée et un grand canapé - No Sleeper. La chambre principale, le salon et la salle à manger offrent tous une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan! La suite principale face au golfe dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une télévision et d'une grande salle de bains privative avec dressing et salle de lavage / séchage.

La chambre d'hôtes dispose de lits jumeaux avec TV / DVD. Il y a un lit superposé près de la salle à manger que les enfants adoreront. Télévision par câble sont dans toutes les chambres. La grande cuisine ouverte a des comptoirs en Corian, une barre de petit déjeuner et des appareils électroménagers GE Profile. Il y a un centre de fitness sur place ainsi qu'un parking couvert privé. Great Vacation

Our family had the best time and everything was seamless. Condo had everything we needed and the assigned parking spot was great so you didn’t have to look for parking every time you came back from somewhere. Definitely will have to come back to this one again!

Fantastic Condo!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! The unit was very clean and decorated beautifully. The huge balcony has a perfect view of the beach and the pool with ample seating for dining or just relaxing.Bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. The unit was also fully stocked with anything you need which made our stay stress free. We would definitely book again!

This condo was very clean, updated. Very pleased with this property. The balcony was huge and nicely furnished. The resort was very well maintained and kept very nice and clean. Great Stay over July 4th

The location is great! Having an assigned parking spot is also fantastic. The unit was perfect. Lots of room. Balcony was huge and had very comfortable seating! Kitchen was well equipped with all the equipment you would need. PCB is always a great vacation. The beach was amazing.

Stunning and Super Clean Condo

I took my sister and older mother for Mother’s Day weekend getaway. Our stay was amazing. The condo was spotless. The beds were super comfortable. The deck was perfect….so large with plenty of room to relax and not feel on too of each other. Easy quick access to the beach! We would definitely stay here again! Even if it rained- this condo would he perfect to relax and chill!

Perfect Condo on PCB!

An absolute perfect experience with this rental. The space is gorgeous, well organized and is even bigger than it looks! Comfortable, immaculate and tastefully decorated. Great furniture on balcony for a perfect view. The 6th floor was awesome for the view and not too high for stairs, although elevators were always available and quick! Parking also convenient and easy. Pools and seating never too busy! I would highly recommend this unit and will definitely stay here again!

Loved this condo! Had everything we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. It had everything we needed and then some! We cooked meals with ease but also ate out some and loved the great location of this condo. The huge balcony cannot be beat! It’s so spacious and comfortable with an amazing view of the ocean and pool area. All the windows that looked out to the ocean were also wonderful. When we were inside it made it feel almost as if you weren’t because of the windows and openness of the condo. If we come back to PCB we will definitely try and stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Great stay in PCB at this condo

Overall, we had a great stay while staying in this condo at PCB. We love the balcony with all the furniture and for the first time in 10 years this is the first condo that we have ever stayed at that the sliding door to the balcony opened and closed with such ease! The parking space was perfectly located with easy in and easy out. The dryer dried clothes and towels fairly quickly without having to run the cycle twice. The only thing that we would have changed was the water pressure in the master bath was not great. We would definitely book this condo again.

Nice resort and condo

We stay in Panama City and Gulf Crest annually so are very familiar with the area and resort. The resort is very nice and has had some good upgrades recently. This unit was in good shape but could have been a little cleaner upon arrival. It’s in need of new bath mats as they were stained and we had to rewash some of the dishes. Only other issue was the master shower water pressure was very low. Other than that, the unit worked very well for our family and we would recommend it to friends.

Great Vacation

In spite of arriving with the bands of rain and wind from a hurricane and 4 days of a double red flag beaches this was an incredible vacation! From the minute we booked until after we left Meyer Realty’s William Rudcki maintained open communication with us! Quite frankly his quick response and professionalism restored my faith in Rental agencies! The unit was clean and well kept! The kitchen had everything we need and then some! The 2 bedrooms were roomy and well decorated as was the den! The dining area was adjacent to a little cubby containing bunk bed. The bathrooms were spotless and updated! Even the laundry room was neat and clean! Our favorite spot by far was the balcony! It was very large and had a cool bar height table with 4 chairs a lounge chair and a very nice couch and chair with great cushions! So inviting and warm! I can’t say enough about this vacation…which quite simply wouldn’t have been the same at any other location. The pools and hot tubs were cleaned DAILY and not crowed at all during our stay… even on the last 4 days of beautiful sunshine! Thanks for the dedicated beach chairs and umbrella that came with this unit… a much appreciated bonus! We are about to book our next vacation here as soon as I post this review! Absolutely Amazing

We cannot say enough good things about our stay at Gulfcrest Condos, Unit 603! Everything about this unit was perfect, the view, the comfy bed, the decor, the cleanliness and the list goes on and on. We have never felt so comfortable in a vacation rental; we are so grateful to the owners for sharing their home away from home with us. This was our first vacation alone in almost 25 years and we could not have asked for a better spot to just relax and enjoy each other's company.
