Spacious Smoky Mountain Retreat in Sevierville

Newly built, modern-style townhome located in Sevierville. Surrounded by various major attractions, within 4 miles of Dollywood, 6 miles of the Sevierville Convention Center and within 15 miles of Gaitlinburg! Whether you want to enjoy the city lifestyle, many fun local attractions or the beautiful Smoky Mountains, this is the place for you. This comfortable home offers all the amenities; a spacious kitchen, a king master suite with walk-in shower, two bedrooms upstairs each with a king bed, with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, plus laundry room, fireplace and much, much more.

Family friendly home for all ages and stages of life.

Upon arrival, you will find parking directly at the front door. We have easy access entrance with one stair approach making it easy to carry in your personal belongings.

For our younger guests, kitchen is equipped with kid friendly dishes and utensils. Plus, a stand-alone highchair. Pack-n-play also onsite.

For our young at heart guests, who would like to avoid stairs, you can enjoy full comfort main level living. King master suite with walk in shower (premium shower chair available for additional comfort).

Start your morning enjoying our Keurig coffee station. Regular, decaf, hot chocolate and tea varieties available. Along with sugars and creamers.

Fully stocked kitchen for all your needs. We were thrilled when a family joined together at Thanksgiving and enjoyed making grandma's memorable pies together.

4 smart TV's within the home. All have access to log into your favorite personal streaming platform.

Spacious upstairs bedrooms. Each with a king bed, private sink/toilet area and private walk-in closet.

Board games available to continue the fun at home and continue making memoires.

Access to entire home along with back patio. Patio includes BBQ grill and hot tub.

There is new construction happening within the townhome complex that could possibly cause some daytime noise.

Great Get-Away!

INCREDIBLE rental!! Don't think twice about staying here-book it while you can! We met our adult children & spouses for a 4 night stay. We've been to the Smokies MANY times and stayed in LOTS of VRBO in the area. This home and location are FANTASTIC!The master suite is lovely; plenty of room, beautiful en-suite - the shower was fantastic!! The bed is high-but I'm only 5' tall. I carry a stool in my car & using the stool super simple fix. Honestly, this bed is as high as mine at home & I use a stool to get in my own bed.The living area is nice - the big coffee table is a bonus. The kitchen has everything you need and the layout is very easy to work in. The laundry/half bath is fantastic. We all utilized the washing machine - so simple to throw in a couple of loads of laundry while doing other things & not have a whole suitcase of laundry when you get home.The bedrooms upstairs are very roomy! The Jack & Jill bathrooms were great! I wasn't sure how big the sink/toilet area was going to be, but I was PLEASANTLY surprised at how large it was!! Truly. There's a walk-in closet in each bathroom.The location is GREAT!!! There's a Walmart & Food City both about .5 miles away. There's a nice Kroger, Publix, & Super Target about 15 mins away. It's very easy to get to all the things in Pigeon Forge, Sevierville and Gatlinburg via Veteran's Blvd. Seriously, it's very convenient. The development isn't finished, so there's nearby construction.

Family vacation

Property was nice, only a couple of reasons for the lesser stars first the downstairs bedroom bed was much to high off the ground for older visitors the bed height should be disclosed in the description it is about 4 feet off the ground with that said it was comfortable just hard to get in and out of. The second thing is the paper products provided are not the best. What that said the townhouse was beautiful. The street traffic in the early morning evening hours was a little louder than my preference. Other than those couple of thing the townhouse was lovely.

Stop before home

We stayed 2 days on our way home. This home was beautiful. The hot tub was just what everyone needed after a long day of traveling. The hosts communication was effective.

Property was clean, spacious, comfortable and very well furnished. Located close to all major attractions. However property is located on a very busy street. Back porch where grill and hot tub located face the busy road and homes just across the road. Not a picturesque view to say the least.

Prime Location

cozy & convenient

we had an amazing stay here! it was the perfect space for my little family to hangout in between competition dance times & for my kids to play without worrying how loud they are like we would in a hotel room. I am especially thankful for the communication between us and the host and how accommodating they were. we would love to book again soon!

Home away from home

Although,I've stayed here before;it was very inviting and comfortable for my family. We had everything we needed in a place to stay..Everything was so clean and it smelled amazing.I can't complain. I'll definitely recommend this to people and even come back.Parkway is about 7-10 minutes away so you can enjoy yourself. The host was very responsive and quick to message back.So,if you're in need for a spot that's on level ground and know hills or winding roads;this is it.

Brand New and Lovely

Ryan was more than accomodating and flexible. Great host! Townhome was spotless and smelled clean. We didn't use the hot tub but it appeared to be clean and ready to go. Location was perfect for our needs. Close to the parkway but far enough away so it was mostly quiet. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Parking was a breeze. Right at the front door. Unloading and loading luggage was breeze. I would definetly return.

Spacious Condo Family Friendly

Easy to access and spacious. It was well stocked with essentials, so it didn't require an emergency stock up trip to the store upon arrival. The house was beautifully decorated and family friendly for young kids. Really great condo for the pigeon forge area close to all the attractions.

Overall Great Place!

This place was very cute, clean, and comfortable. It was very close to Dollywood and great restaurants. We loved the binder of recommendations from the host! The only issue was the upstairs shower was leaking into the downstairs master bathroom on our first night. This was not great when all 8 of us had to use the downstairs bathroom after a long day at Dollywood on the second night of our stay. The owners were quick to respond and planned to fix the issue, so hopefully it won’t cause problems for future guests!

Perfect location & Great Hosts!

This home was spacious, clean, updated, cozy, and has great hosts. They are kind and very responsive. We will stay here again. The home is so close to Dollywood, Splash Country, and popular restaurants on the strip. There’s even a coffe shop and frozen yogurt on the corner of the road by the entrance to their community. 🙌

Family Getaway

This was a terrific place to stay for our family. The townhome is clean and fresh with lots of room for all of us. It gave everyone a place to themselves when needed but a central family area for everyone to hangout. It is close enough to get to the attractions and shops but yet far enough to miss the noise from the main strip.
