What a fantastic little gem in Bellevue! My husband, my adult daughter, and myself absolutely loved our stay here. We had a view of Lake Sammamish out of both our bedroom window and out the front door, with the mountains in the background. I would love to return in the summer months so we could see a little more scenery. It was honestly a great place to stay. Highly recommend!

The property was very nice. It was clean and had a nice set up. Did have an issue with the heat, but the owner was prompt in fixing it for us. Good location.

Perfect location (we were attending an event at T-Mobile)and my daughter came over so we could go paddle boarding (used Vasa Park which was right around the corner) & paid the non member rate Also close enough to see our kids one more time before we left to head home. Love the area. Checking in is a breeze. No need to lock the door knob (manual); it will block the code key entry - then you need to contact VRBO immediately to gain entry.Very clean. Kitchen stock, mostly ok, except (1) no coffee grounds to work the coffee maker, (2) not enough sugar for coffee. Bathroom is fine; change wordings for bathroom exhaust fan to “Flick the wall switch twice upward (until the yellow LED on).The stay is clean, comfortable, functions well. Easy access to freeway, and to older Bellevue area with many fine eateries (8-10 mins). Need to mention “The Little Store” on Lake Sammamish Would like to return next year.

Coffee by Lake Sammamish

This VRBO property had it all! The pictures of the listing were very accurate, the host was very quick to respond to messages, and the property had so much to offer than your usual rental. The host thought of everything: great selection of kitchen items, dishwasher and washer/dryer, extra towels, linens, blankets and pillows. Everything was labeled so it made it easy to find extra items. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner were already provided which was great because we flew in. Dish soap, dishwashing packs, and laundry detergent were also available. The space was very spacious as well. Our favorite thing about the space was slow mornings enjoying coffee on the patio overlooking the lake!

Comfy and Close to everything

Our rental was very clean and stocked with everything you could need. Easy check-in and parking. We cooked dinner a couple nights and had all the needed supplies. Easy to access Bellevue, Issaquah and lots of parks a short drive away. Upstairs owners were very nice and quiet. We were very pleased with our stay here!

Perfect Peaceful Getaway

This is one of the best rentals Ive stayed at in a while. Everything was even better than the pictures and descriptions. It was so clean and super quiet. There was pleanty of natural light and it was so comfortable and felt very safe. The amenities and organization was very thoughtful. Our host even welcomed us with some delicious fresh fruit. Perfect spot for a peaceful getaway (just make sure you have a car or budget for taxis).

inside is just like the photos and extremely clean. Outside view better than photos and little outdoor table with chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast. Would easily stay here again when in the area.

Beautiful home.

Overall, the home was beautiful, the neighborhood was quiet, and the view was very picturesque. My only complaint was the upstairs tenants/owners were very loud. The VRBO is located in the basement of the home, and there is not good air circulation. They did provide a fan, but it was not enough to cool the basement. Our stay was great, and I would recommend to others for a short stay.

Great Lakeview and Bellevue location

Our family of 4 (2 teenagers) had a great stay at this lakeview property. There was plenty of room for everyone. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood is very safe m, but it’s definitely not walkable to shops/restaurants//sightseeing.

Fabulous Find

We were visiting the Seattle area for a week in rainy and cold March. In spite of the cold weather we were warm and super comfortable in this lovely home. Loved the king size bed and spaciousness of the unit which has been nicely updated. View of the lake was wonderful and we were close to so many hiking trails. Cheng was always prompt to respond to any questions. All very nice.
