Amazing Home...Large Space Yet Cozy

Come stay in beautiful lake front Kirkland Washington. Very unique home is walking distance to all you can enjoy. No need for a car.. in fact just jump on the bus and you will be in Seattle with all it has to offer as well. Grand piano if you play!!
The space
Known as the "Tree House" as it is surrounded by large cedar trees that reach high into the sky. A nice large deck offers a gas barbecue and relaxation as you enjoy playing the grand piano. Internet is ready and Netflix is at your fingertip. Walk into town and enjoy Theater, Library, Dining, Live Music.... oh yes bring your suit if you are a swimmer, plenty of city lake front parks to use. If you get the itch to head into Seattle, walk 4 blocks to the transit station and let them do the driving. You deserve a nice time, so I do my best to lay the foundation for that......... Enjoy!
Guest access
An entire separate cozy house is yours from the large peaceful deck with gas BBQ to the inviting living room with cathedral ceilings and hardwood floors. If you are so inclined, please enjoy the grand piano waiting for your talent. This very unique home offers 1 separate bedroom with a connected bathroom. Swing open the french doors and bring in the outdoors while preparing a meal or just sipping a glass a wine. Large screen TV and internet are all at your hand. Don't forget to take a leisurely stroll down to beautiful Lake Washington. On your way back home have a desert at one of the many restaurants or maybe catch a movie at the theater. Plenty of live music can be found as well. No doubt you will have an adventure to be never forgotten!!!!!!

Fun house for musical events going on close by! It was a party all weekend for my little girls with all the musical options. Cozy and warm. Great location. Great host. We will definitely stay agin in the future.
The piano is such a treat, we really enjoyed it!

Good communication, good location

This is my first ever vrbo stay and it was in a wonderful location, this place is about a half mile walk into town with many many restaurants and activities to do, the local shops are amazing too.

Great home base for a work away week

Had work to do in the area and needed a comfortable stay with a kitchen and a place to chill and decompress at night. Fireplace was cozy as were the couches and chairs. Host was great to work with!

A perfect hideaway

Great location and wonderful place to stay

Everything was great in this location. We appreciated having an easy place to park and the neighborhood was quiet. Very close to a grocery store and easy to get to other places. We highly recommend this location and would enjoy visiting again.

We booked Jeff’s place for my parents and they really enjoyed their stay. The home is spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped—from kitchen basics to extra linens—so they had everything they needed right away. The location is excellent: very quiet, private, and easy to get to, which made their visit relaxing from start to finish. We happened to catch a few unusually hot days, and Jeff went above and beyond to help—checking in proactively, bringing extra fans, and making sure my parents were comfortable. Communication was fast, friendly, and clear throughout, and check-in/check-out were seamless. Overall, an amazing host and a great stay. Highly recommended—would happily book again. Thanks, Jeff!

Short get together with friends

We scheduled a short stay to get together with friends from around the area. The location was perfect for our needs. Many restaurants and bars nearby and easy access off the interstate. The communications with the owner were excellent and the check-in was as easy as anywhere I have stayed. The space itself offered a comfortable area to sit and discuss by the fireplace as well as a good kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. I would choose this space again and recommend to others.

The place has potential... furniture run down, grill had mold on it, paint peeling on ceiling, ice on freezer didnt work. The instruments were nice. It definitely has potential - bed was comfy- shower clean. It needs some up grades.

Stay in Kirkland tree house

The large cedars outside are very nice and would keep the deck cool in the summer, (we had rain) This upstairs apt is very nice and is as shown, the bed was very comfortable too. If you are musically inclined it would be a huge bonus with instruments around.

Large 1 bedroom, comfortable living area. Owner very responsive to any and all of our inquiries. It was a little difficult getting to the 2nd floor with a bad knee, but do-able. Nice neighborhood, and very close to the interstate.

This property is very unique and could be fabulous if repairs were made and they went the extra mile furnishing it. Ditch the grand piano, add table with 4-6 chairs, stretch the rug because someone may fall, and clean better. Great location and price. Just needs a little love.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Kirkland is a very close nit.. incredibly safe neighborhood. Plenty of things To Do just to 5 minute walk from the house. Bus can also get you into Seattle quickly...in Summer definitely bring you swim suit ...plenty of waterfront public beaches...

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

As a contractor I personally built this unit for gas.
It is very close to Kirkland village with transportation 10 to Seattle. If you would like there are great pubs and restaurants on the water front a great venue for music.
Comedy in theater and a public pool as well unless you want to swim in the fantastic Lake Washington... Coming check it out you won't be disappointed....wine country is just over the hill from me...incredible concert venue over the hill in Woodinville as well
