Vues imprenables de ce condo étage. Dès que vous entrez, votre point de vue rêve est réalisé, ce qui en fait le condo vous voulez louer à tout moment de l'année!

L'unité entière a été rénové en 2012! Planchers Bois de Bambou, Nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse, Nouvelle cuisine en acier inoxydable, tout est nouveau haut de gamme! Très joliment décoré et bien équipé, tout pour rendre votre séjour agréable et confortable! Il est la lumière naturelle tellement qui vient dans des portes coulissantes en verre à l'intérieur.

Regarder le Dolphin de la grande terrasse avec votre famille et des amis est une aventure en soi! Le pont a beaucoup de places pour 6! 2 nouvelles tables de hauteur de la barre et les sièges capitaine. Aussi un planeur de détente pour regarder les étoiles ci-dessus!

Chacune des chambres suivantes a une grande télé à écran plat!

La chambre principale a un lit queen size avec un placard, dont 2 porte-bagages pour le déballage et une salle de bain complète en suite avec baignoire et douche.

La deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux et un placard, comprend également 2 porte-bagages.

Le salon comprend une nouvelle confortable queen size canapé-lit et un bureau pour écrire ces cartes postales ou consultez Pinterest sur votre ordinateur portable! Nous ne devons WiFi gratuit!

La 2ème salle de bain se trouve dans la salle à côté de la 2ème chambre et il comprend également une baignoire et douche.

Cuisine toute neuve avec électroménagers en acier inoxydable, cafetière et Keurig pour un dîner agréable sur le pont, avec chaises capitaines et table pour le repas, ainsi que de magnifiques nouveaux meubles Broyhill à l'intérieur. Tout ce qu'il faut pour se détendre et profiter de votre temps Beach! Internet sans fil, grands écrans plats dans le salon et chambres à coucher.

Vous apprécierez le calme de Kure Beach, à une courte distance de la Carolina Beach, restaurants, promenade et des commerces. Condo est en face de la rue du Fort Fisher Recreation Center, dans la rue de la NC Aquarium et Fort Fisher-Southport Ferry!

We absolutely loved this condo! It was the perfect location for us and our three kids. Steps from the beach and from the pool, and we loved the convenience of being able to leave our beach Items with our car in the carport.

This condo was as advertised. Plenty of space for 6 and the ocean view from the balcony were great! Very clean rooms and within feet of the pool. Will definitely book with them again in the future

The condo was very well stocked with kitchen supplies and really anything you would need for the stay. The beach was not crowded at all, and the view was amazing off of the balcony. Love that we could see the fireworks from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk from the deck. It was a perfect short beach vacation for my busy family!

Great beach getaway

This place was great! My teenage sons and I stayed for the weekend and we had wonderful time. Perfect ocean front location! Very close to restaurants, shops and fishing pier.

Beautiful Condo in a great location

This is a lovely decorated condo right on the oceanfront. The small touches make this condo feel very homey and warm. The location is great and the beach is just a few feet away. We loved our stay.

Nice, quiet place

The apartment was perfect for us (two couples). It was clean and nicely decorated. The view of the ocean was phenomenal. The buildings and grounds were very well maintained, and the deck was a great place to hang out and watch the surf. I’d rent here again in a heartbeat.

Great location

We enjoyed the condo very much. Loved the large open balcony. The condo was overall clean although there were a few stains on the cloth furniture and carpet in the bedrooms. As expected at a beach condo. We did like the private parking and the location was perfect, convenient but out of the busy area.

Excellent Condo with beautiful views and great location

The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. The ocean view from the 3rd floor deck is beautiful. The location is nice and having the condo amenities (pool, tennis courts, etc.) is a plus. The property manager (Bryant Real Estate) has an easy process of checking in/out. I would rent this condo again.

Relaxing getaway

No surprises

This listing is exactly what is shown: Super clean, modern, comfortable, well-appointed, beautiful location. Beds are very comfortable and drapes block the sun sufficiently should you want to sleep in. A porch on each side of the condo offers sun or shade at any time of day. No comfort has been overlooked by the hosts. Whatever your idea of a perfect vacation, this condo will help provide it: beach/ocean/sun time, relaxation on the balcony and/or enjoying the nearby restaurants/museums.

Condo plays starring role in great vacation

Everything was easy from renting to checking-in to checking-out. The chairs on the deck are amazing for watching the waves during the day or the stars at night. The condo was all around lovely and put in an amazing performance all the way until the fascinating “gear” clock on the wall told us it was time to go.

NC Beach Paradise

We rode our bikes every day and walked the beautiful beach. The small family owned businesses are refreshing and the fact that chain restaurants are not there is great. We are considering retiring in this area in a few years. We will be back for sure.

Family road trip

We traveled from Southern Illinois to visit family and attend a concert in Wilmington. We watched the dolphins every morning from the deck, enjoyed the beach everyday, and grabbed ice cream at a neat little local place. The condo was super clean and had plenty of space for my family of four. There is an aquarium about 3 mins away, a donut shop 5 min in the other direction, and we as also took the ferry to Southport for a day trip. We recommend a stay here for anyone wanting a beach visit with little to no crowds, easy access to everything, and plenty of stuff to do if you need some time away from the sand. We went on a walking ghost tour at night in Wilmington too!
