Oceanfront top floor condo .. steps away from Living the Dream on the beach!

Amazing top floor corner beachfront condo in Carolina Beach. Wake up each morning to amazing views of the sun rising over the ocean. Steps away from the beach with direct beach access. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with everything you need to make your beach vacation a relaxing and special one.

New for 2026: New TV and fresh paint in the living room and kitchen.
The condo is a short 5 minute walk from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. You will enjoy walking down the beach to grab a bite to eat or listen to live music.

Beach chairs, an umbrella, and a boogie board are available for use.

There are two bedrooms in the condo, one with a king bed and one with two queens. The sofa sleeper in the living room pulls out to a full bed. There is a large deck overlooking the ocean with a smaller deck off the primary bedroom in the back of the condo. There is parking available for two cars -- the parking passes are in the owners binder that will be in your condo upon arrival.

The kitchen has a coffee maker, a microwave, blender, all utensils, chef's knives.

We've tried to think of everything you'd need for a great vacation. There are puzzles & games in the tv cabinet in the living room, Beach towels are available in the basket by the front door and if you have little ones there is a pack-n-play for your use as well.

The entire condo is yours to use, including a beach closet in the parking area. There are owners closets in the main bedroom and on the back deck that are locked. Otherwise, the condo is all yours.

The WiFi password will be made available when you check-in. Both TV's are internet enabled with the main streaming services available for use with your own account. Please make sure to log off your account(s) when you leave. Keys for the beach closet in the parking area will be available upon check-in.

Great Location

Perfect for a week at the beach with husband and two teenagers. The girls had their own room with 2 queen beds and their own bathroom (hall) and we had our bedroom with bathroom. Condo was clean and had everything we needed.

Great property that was clean and fit the needs of a family of four very well. The location was great. Right at the beach, a quick walk to restaurants/boardwalk, and a good pool. The walk up to the 3rd floor was well worth the view!

This condo was exactly what we were looking for: great view of the ocean, easy access to the beach, and a short walk to the boardwalk. The property was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our 5 day visit! We would definitely come back!

Obviously the location can’t be beat
right on the beach. The balcony is a lovely spot. The condo itself is very comfortably furnished, the kitchen had everything we needed, lots of thoughtful supplies for our little ones to use, and the hospitality was warm and felt. Hope to stay again next year!

Perfect Beach getaway!

Living the Dream was the absolute perfect condo for our family of 4! Our teenage daughters loved being so close to both the beach and the pool. The condo was VERY clean and had everything we could have possibly needed for the week and more! Perfect location with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. We will be back!!!

Beautiful view for beach goers!

This property was immaculate and had a breath taking view of the ocean! This unit came with a lot of helpful amenities like, soap, garbage bags, dish washer pods, paper towels, shampoo, salt and pepper and tea. The unit is also conveniently located near the boardwalk and many other restaurants. Access to the beach is super easy
just walk down the stairs. If you want to stay out of the sand you can sit on the deck and gaze at miles of beachfront! The beds were very comfortable as was the living room furniture. A great place for a beach vacation!

The view was amazing, we spent a lot of time just sitting out on the balcony watching the ocean. The condo is very convenient to get down to the beach. The condo could have been a little cleaner, the floors were still pretty dirty upon arrival and the vents were very dusty. Also, the master bedroom mattress probably should be replaced. While it wasn’t awful to sleep on it has a lot of visual drooping and was pretty squeaky. Overall we would stay here again for the convenience to the beach/boardwalk and great views. Jason was very good at communication as well!

Breath of salty air

A very welcoming and relaxing condo. Owners were great communicators and the description is very accurate. We enjoyed watching the pelicans, dolphins and sunrises. Perfect spot on the top floor to see with nothing to obstruct the view.

This was the perfect venue for a family vacation. My only complaint (if you want to call it that) is that the under building parking is pretty tight. Our roof rack thule made parking underneath impossible and other spots were limited. But it was alright. We just found a parking spot and trued to limit when we left so we didn't lose a parking spot. Again, not really an issue with the unit rather a heads up for future renters. The condo was well stocked with everything you could want and a great place to spend the 4th of July.

We had such a wonderful stay at Living the Dream! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need - beach chairs, towels, a coffee maker, plenty of utensils, and even games for family fun (we had some very competitive UNO matches!).Although it was a short trip, we made the most of it - soaking up the sun on the beach, enjoying a fun round of putt-putt at Surf’s Up, and exploring some great local restaurants. One of my favorite moments was enjoying a peaceful cup of coffee with the sea gulls while watching the sunrise from the balcony. Absolutely beautiful view!Jason and Nicole, thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us. You thought of every little detail, and it made all the difference. This is hands-down the best condo we’ve ever stayed in, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Overall a nice place

Overall it was a nice place to stay. It was clean. Access to the closet downstaits was convenient. The owner was very responsive. A keurig in the kitchen would have been nice. The edges of the couch cushions were faded which made them seem dirty, but I'm not sure that they were. The king bed in the master bedroom was not comfortable for my husband's back. The extremely loud alarm on the water detection monitor in the guest bathroom went off at 5:30 in the morning. It scared everyone and was an unpleasant way to start the vacation. It was worrisome that it could go off again during our stay. Overall, it was a nice place that I think most people would enjoy.

We live in Wilmington 1/2 hour from the unit. When it is not occupied with guests, it is easy for us to pop down for the day and enjoy all Carolina Beach has to offer. We have had return guests now and love connecting & hearing updates from them since their last stay.

We have a top-floor, corner unit with deck and amazing beach views. The morning sun-rise is worth being awake to see.
