Ce 2 chambres, 2-bain, condo en bord de mer situé dans le complexe William et Mary à Carolina Beach est adapté pour une famille de 6. Le salon et la cuisine sont en bord de mer, tandis que les deux chambres sont côté rue. Asseyez-vous à l'extérieur et obtenir une dose d'air frais sur le pont en bord de mer, idéal pour les repas en plein air et les bains de soleil. L'unité dispose du WiFi.

The location was amazing and exactly as described—right on the beach, which was a major highlight of our stay.However, the condo is in need of some updating and better maintenance. The couch is old, dirty, and quite worn. In its current condition, I would only consider this a comfortable rental for four people until the couch is replaced.There are also soft spots in the flooring in the hallways that should be addressed. The master bathroom tub is very difficult to get in and out of, and the shelves in the tub lean inward, causing items to fall off.The condo could also have been cleaned more thoroughly before our arrival. Overall, the location is excellent, but the condition, cleanliness, and maintenance of the condo need some attention.

2nd floor. Had everything you need. Great view and close to beach. Had all the kitchen amenities you needed. The communication from the property management was outstanding—very easy check in and answered questions before we even had them.

Overall very good. Would like see a couple of upgrades, living room set and 2nd bedroom TV. Everything else was very clean, organized, comfortable and peaceful. Customer service and check-in were outstanding.

Clean good view

Enjoyed our stay. The residence covers the basic. Parking is kinda cludgy in that we got blocked in a couple of times and had to knock in doors to have a car moved so we could get in/out. Also no blow dryer in the house

Great Place!

Seldom dies a property match EXACTLY what is listed! This one does! Clean, two bedrooms with two bathrooms that's on the beach. The view is exactly as in the pictures. The walk tk the beach sand is about 3 mins. The shared walkway over the sand, though, is not ADA compliant and could use some updating.

The place needed serious updating on just about every level. I realize it was the end of the season but every aspect of the interior needs an either a full replacement, repair or TLC.

Your night stay for Jeep Jam

The property was decent. Nothing extravagant but served the purpose. Could definitely use some updates as the smaller bedroom has an 18” 1990’s TV in it. My grown daughter (29) laughed at the comforter because she had the same comforter when she was 10. So, definitely could use some minor decor updates. Nice location. Nice view of the ocean. Easy check in/check out.

I apology that you found the sand on the floors and furniture, after a Hurricane, wind driven sand is all over and very difficult to get up, but we would have been happy to send someone over to address that. The dumpster for the complex is acrossed the street in the additional parking area, I am sorry that you did not receive that in the notifications that we send out. I hope that you had a great vacation and will come back to see our beautiful beaches next year.

A place to stay but not much more than that. Beds and couch are dilapidated. Large hole patched in the ceiling in one of the bedrooms. Had two cockroaches during the stay.

Great view, older property could use updates.

Great ocean view. Condo was clean, however, property is older and could use some updates. The floors creaked and you could hear the upstairs people walking about as if it was in the condo itself. Bathrooms definitely could use updates. The bed was uncomfortable. Wish the property had an elevator - up and down 3 flights for older folks was a bit tough.

Short review

The day before we left for our ocean front condo, we were informed that the property next door to our condo had a water leak that effected our condo and we had to find another location to stay. The place that we reload located to was not ocean front and didn't allow for a short walk to the beach for 2 younger children and a handicapped mother in law. The location we had to stay at was a wonderful, clean and nice place. I just didn't allow for easy access to the beach for our family.

Location Was Good

Communication with property management was helpful and timely. Condo is definitely in need of repair. The salt air of the beach has taken a toll -- rust found everywhere, including massive spots on the side of the refrigerator. Very disconcerting. I do not hold the management company accountable for the state of the condo; I feel the owners could do more.
