It was a very convenient place to stay. The outside of the house definitely needs some TLC. The porch had 2 old wooden bar stools and a rocking chair. The outside water hose needs replaced. The kitchen was nice. The floors definitely need mopped not just swiffered, the floor made your feet dirty. It is a decent place to stay but could be so much better with a little more effort.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy beach house! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. One of the best parts was the amazing location—just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy sunrise walks, time in the sand, and beautiful ocean views throughout our stay.

Great location close to everything and right across from the beach access. The downside, there was an active construction site of a new house about 30 feet away from the front porch. There was construction noise from 7am-7pm every day of our stay. I believe I should have absolutely been notified of this ahead of time. We would have definitely made alternate plans of lodging. Did not get the chance to enjoy a single morning or a single evening of our whole stay.

Our vacation to Carolina Beach was wonderful. The location of this house is perfect- right across the street from a public beach access and the boardwalk only a few blocks away. The only complaint is that the house had an ant problem- and I think management is aware because there were little "raid" or "hot shot" ant bait things on the kitchen counters and master bedroom bathroom. We purchased ant killer spray and left it under the sink for future occupants. Needed to clean off counters and spray to rid the ants often throughout the week- but we never called to report the issue; spraying worked well for our short stay. Perhaps the uninhabited unit on the ground floor is infested and needs to be fumigated... Otherwise the house served us very well.

With a young child under 3 we wanted a place very close to the beach as a priority that wasn’t too far from the boardwalk. This house checked those boxes and delivered. We spent most of our time on the front porch when we weren’t on the beach. A great stay and a good price.

Perfect Beach Getaway with Excellent Service!

Our stay at the beach house was absolutely wonderful! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just a short walk to great bars, restaurants, and plenty of shopping. The beaches were stunning and incredibly clean, making it easy to unwind and take in the scenery. We did have a minor issue with the air conditioner, but the property management team was incredibly responsive and had it fixed within two hours. Their quick attention really impressed us. We would absolutely stay here again!

Overall it was a great experience. Great location and loved the size of the house.My only feedback would be to update the mattresses. Way too thin for a vacation home. Other than that, we had a ton of fun.

Perfect spot by the beach!

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our 2 kids and also my parents. The 3 bedrooms had comfortable beds to accomodate everyone and the living room and porch offered nice spaces to hang out. We loved how close we were to the beach--just cross the street--and also could walk to nearby stores, restaurants, and the boardwalk. A perfect location and comfortable home!

This property is in a great location. It’s an older house but they have done a nice job trying to keep some things updated. The main microwave didn’t work and the water doesn’t stay warm for very long but overall it was a nice stay and I felt like the property was clean and all we needed for the few days we stayed there.

Girls' Trip

My friend and I visited with our 4 teenage daughters and had a great time! The location is perfect, but we were somewhat disappointed in what was provided. Only 1 towel each, no beach towels or beach chairs, etc, no soap, extra toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, etc. We had to buy all of this. Not the end of the world, but would have been nice to have known. We would return.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the cottage is great - we were able to walk to restaurants, and the beach is right across the street (a quiet, one-way street), which is perfect. There were issues, however: the landscaping is so overgrown. There were bugs (We're from FL - so we're used to the wildlife). We called the mgmt. co.; they sent someone to spray. This "beachy charm" cottage needs updating and upkeep.

Great location. Roomy. Everything worked well including the A/C. But definitely could use some freshening up -- like a lot of small areas that could use paint. The door was rusting, but worked well. Looks like the kitchen was updated fairly recently, so that was really nice. I would definitely stay here again, and with some freshening up, it would give an even better impression. It seems a bit older in person than it looks in pictures. Some small things were in dis-repair like the trash cans were cracked, but still very usable. One of the rocking chairs on the front porch is about to break -- the property managers said they would take care of it when I informed them. The checkin process was super simple and the checkout process is easier than a lot of places I've stayed before too. I would definitely stay at another Bryant Real Estate property. The outside could use some freshening too.They gave us plenty of towels and wash clothes for our stay. And there's a washer and dryer too.Overall, this is a great place to stay.

Good Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the house was great! However, the house needs some repair as floorboards are coming apart from each other. The rental company wasn’t very helpful in the parking situation. The whole lot was empty all week but they told us we’d get towed if we had more than 2 cars and they weren’t very helpful at finding an alternative solution. Also, a repair person just randomly showed up one day to fix blinds, but no notice was given by the homeowner or rental company.

Thank you for letting us know about the board that was loose on the front porch, we have safely secured it. When you called our office about the parking it was told to you that only 2 vehicles are allowed to park in the parking lot behind the house as there are other business and residents that use that parking, we appreciate your understanding of this.
