Le niveau principal comprend une cuisine / salon bien aménagés - un lieu de rendez-vous idéal après une journée au soleil. Profitez de manger dans le porche extérieur fermé et confortable. Deux chambres et une salle de bain se trouvent à ce niveau. La salle de bain est accessible depuis une chambre et depuis le porche. A l'étage 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains.

Situé au centre-ville, le centre-ville de Wrightsville Beach est facilement accessible à pied des épiceries, des magasins et des restaurants. De nombreuses familles sont retournées dans ce chalet pour une escapade de vacances. Venez découvrir la plage de Wrightsville comme avant!

Charming beachfront cottage but you can’t see the ocean due to the height of the dune. I wouldn’t plan on making elaborate meals bc the dishwater is older and small stove is electric. We all found it cozy and AC worked perfectly. The TV was also small but worked fine in the living room. We didn’t get the one to work in the master. The porch is great but a gate would be better since you allow pets. The only annoying part is uncontrollable which is the number of cars that do a U-turn seeking parking. The public beach access is nonstop and should also be a consideration. Communication was excellent as was the check in and check out process.

We’re sorry the dune height limited your ocean view and that the compact dishwasher and small electric stove made cooking harder than expected. We’ll review the listing and photos to make those details clearer and have Bryant Real Estate check the dishwasher’s condition. We’ll also have maintenance look into the master bedroom TV. Thanks for the suggestion about adding a gate to the porch — we allow pets and will pass that idea along to the owner for consideration. We understand the frustration with cars doing U-turns and the constant activity at the public beach access; that traffic is outside our control, but we’ll note it more clearly for future guests. We appreciate your thoughtful review and hope to host you again.

Great Family Home!

We loved staying at this beach cottage! There was plenty of space for our family, and the number of bathrooms and bedrooms made it perfect for our family. You cannot beat the location-the beach access is terrific, and the cute shops and restaurants are right down the street. Wonderful place to stay- we will definitely be back!

Great house

This is a great house. Wonderful wrap around porch, comfortable beds and very clean. Its only issue is that you cannot see the ocean from the deck because of the height of the dunes. The property managers are fantastic and were immediately there to help when needed.

Beachy cottage

The location is great and the house is large and comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone inside and out on the porch. Light and bright upstairs. Only thing missing was a grill which would have been useful since the kitchen is tired. We would definitely stay there again!

Location, location, location!

If we had been any closer to the water, our feet would have been wet. Fantastic location, not just for its location right on the beach, but also for its convenience to all of the nightlife, shops, restaurants, and attractions in Wrightsville Beach. The house is older than the newer ones around it, but it did NOT lack for amenities, cleanliness, or comfort. Will definitely stay here again!

Classic Wrightsville Beach cottage - Oceanfront

This historic cottage is in the best location on the island within easy walking distance to shops/restaurants. It feels more private being oceanfront but views are partly obstructed by berm. Full ocean views are from upstairs bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The heat/ac worked well and water pressure good. My complaint is that there are not enough places to sit - recommend a larger dining table on porch and updating living room seating and furniture. The artwork was impressive and we enjoyed being there very much. Would book again in future.

Great location - tired house

Bryant was very helpful, but in the end, this property is really bad. It was dirty (baseboard and other areas with dirt), paint is peeling everywhere, original windows that will not open (or stay open), and just not a very nice property. We were very disappointed, and would not recommend this property at all.

Perfect location but grimy house!

The location and amount of rooms was great but the house was dingy and gross. The bathrooms were grimy and the kitchen had dirty dishes in the pantry. The coffee maker and dryer both both. The handle for the freezer popped straight off. The house needs to be updated and cleaned properly!!!
