Waterfront condo, kayak launch, 1 block from bike trail, walk to Local dining.

The condo is thoroughly cleaned before each renter. Our other renters were complimentary of the cleanliness of the condo. I do not think the cleanliness will bother anyone except for those with extraordinarily high standards. The rug does have a few stains on it. That’s what happens when you allow pets. However, the carpet is cleaned quarterly by Stanley Steamer so it is always sanitary, if not stain free. The oven has been checked and I can confirm that it is working properly. Perhaps checking the baking item during the baking process when using an unfamiliar oven would be prudent. Thank you for agreeing our place is great. There are not many other places that allow kayak access out the back door and bike path access a block away, along with use of the owners’ kayaks, bikes, fishing equipment, etc.
