Perfect Sanibel Beach Trip

Our unit was perfect - clean and well decorated, comfortable furniture and beds. The views are amazing from the lanai and the beach is absolutely stunning. I would recommend staying here and enjoying a relaxing time. The staff is also super friendly and kind! Love Sanibel!!!

The property is peaceful and serene, especially at night. Their commitment to improving after Hurricane Ian is obvious. The office staff, ground keepers and housekeeping staff are all great. We have stayed at the Moorings multiple times and we love it. I highly recommend staying here. It’s a great experience for families and couple alike.

The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. The staff was courteous and friendly. The laundry facilities and business center, and the pool area, all very clean and convenient to use. The best part was being so close to the beach, where they provided beach chairs and umbrellas for the guests. We loved it all and cannot wait to return.

Bugs and ants still around, second shower door off track and fixtures not good(not secure on wall and shower pull not sealing good), light switches a problem, modern furniture cool look but uncomfortable, king bed is a disaster with plywood under mattress trying to support mattress (real shame), thermostat hard to regulate (at 71 freezing cold and at 72 musty ?). Kitchen very nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place has a perfect location for beach and pool access. The only suggestion I have is to replace the master bedroom mattress. I read several reviews before we came complaining about the mattress and they were right. My sleep quality was poor the whole week. The mattress is very noisy when anyone moves and not very comfortable. It is long overdue a replacement. Everything else about the condo was wonderful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Owners of this unit did a superb job decorating with quality furnishings, floorings and all amenities you could need. The Moorings are coming along well rebuilding from hurricane Ian. Easy beach access and both pools refreshing! Only item for owners is in spare bathroom the right faucet handle needs attention (minor). We've vacationed at the Moorings for 38 years.

It didn't hurt the weather was gorgeous while we were there one day of rain. You could see the beach from the condo. I would highly recommend this condo and Sanibel Moorings. They are nice very accommodating the best parking place you could ask for.

I've been going for over 20 years and I swear the mattress in the Primary bedroom is the same - it needs to be replaced.

Do not understand why the office has such ridiculous Covid protocols when no other properties on the Island engage in such theatrics. Very odd. It also seems the landscaping is not being maintained as well as it used to be, which is sad since that is one of the most positive aspects of The Moorings. The furnishings in the living room need to be either deep cleaned or re-covered.

The property is beautiful and well-maintained, right on a lovely stretch of beach. The condo had everything we needed and was comfortable and very clean. We rented bikes right on site and rarely used our car. I highly recommend Sanibel Moorings!

Fantastic!

This condo was beautiful inside and out. The views of the gulf from the deck were incredible. We loved that it was so close to the beach. We had everything we needed. This condo was updated and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for a great time at the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

Great condo/great location!

Our group of four adults found this condo to be perfect! The screened in porch gives you a beautiful view of the ocean and we had everything we needed in the condo. Would definitely stay here again!
