Excellent location! Loved the beach views and abundance of beautiful sea shells. Only negative out of control of property owners were the no seeum bugs.

The condo was perfect with everything we needed. Would highly recommend this location on Sanibel Island which is right on the beach with amazing views and easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. There was so much to do at Oceans Reach. Everyone in the area was so kind.Kurt & Lisa were very responsive to any questions we had and even left us a personalized card for our arrival.

Amazing stay at great location

Beautiful place! Check in was super easy, and the place had everything we could need. Loved sitting on the screened porch where you can see the pool and the beach from there. We brought chairs but one of our umbrellas broke so took advantage of the one they have to borrow along with a scooper. Found so many beautiful shells! Will definitely be back to this unit!!

Perfect for couples, solos or small families - functional and adorable, with so many great touches and a perfect view! Had a wonderful stay at Ocean's Reach B1B this week. As I said, the view was amazing and so close to the water, and there were so many personal and creative touches in your little home. The property was perfect! Everything we wanted and more. We loved sitting in the lanai watching the gulf and the beach, listening to the sea birds. The pool was so nice to have right around the corner. The condo was perfectly clean, very well equipped. We appreciated having the covered parking and the storage closet for our bikes. It was the perfect way to celebrate my husbands 60 th birthday! Thank you Kurt and Lisa we will hopefully be back again!!

Wonderful beachfront condo

We loved our time at Kurt and Lisa's place and qould definitely stay again in the future. Convenient location on the island and walking straight out to the beach was phenomenal. Our kids also took advantage of the pool when we weren't on the beach. If you need somewhere to store your food or luggage before/after checkin/out, be sure to check with the office. They have an area for both!
