The walkout beachfront unit was perfect and the Ocean’s Reach staff tending to our questions and needs immediately. We hunted for shells, played tennis, rode bikes, and grilled dinners. The property was fresh and clean and gave easy access to the beach and pool. It far exceeded our expectations.

Our hosts, Kurt and Lisa were fantastic with communication and making sure our trip was perfect. Their condo is beautifully decorated and includes everything you could possibly need - including beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys! The property is literally steps to the pool and/or beach!!! The Oceans Reach community is very well maintained with tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts! The staff is quite pleasant and helpful! I would highly recommend this condo for a timely getaway to a little slice of heaven!

The condo was perfect with everything we needed. Would highly recommend this location on Sanibel Island which is right on the beach with amazing views and easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. There was so much to do at Oceans Reach. Everyone in the area was so kind.Kurt & Lisa were very responsive to any questions we had and even left us a personalized card for our arrival.

Amazing stay at great location

Beautiful place! Check in was super easy, and the place had everything we could need. Loved sitting on the screened porch where you can see the pool and the beach from there. We brought chairs but one of our umbrellas broke so took advantage of the one they have to borrow along with a scooper. Found so many beautiful shells! Will definitely be back to this unit!!

Perfect for couples, solos or small families - functional and adorable, with so many great touches and a perfect view! Had a wonderful stay at Ocean's Reach B1B this week. As I said, the view was amazing and so close to the water, and there were so many personal and creative touches in your little home. I would so highly recommend this to anyone that needs a getaway to the beach. Thank you so much!

Wonderful beachfront condo

We loved our time at Kurt and Lisa's place and qould definitely stay again in the future. Convenient location on the island and walking straight out to the beach was phenomenal. Our kids also took advantage of the pool when we weren't on the beach. If you need somewhere to store your food or luggage before/after checkin/out, be sure to check with the office. They have an area for both!

The property was perfect! Everything we wanted and more. We loved sitting in the lanai watching the gulf and the beach, listening to the sea birds. The pool was so nice to have right around the corner. The condo was perfectly clean, very well equipped. We appreciated having the covered parking and the storage closet for our bikes. It was the perfect way to celebrate my husbands 60 th birthday! Thank you Kurt and Lisa we will hopefully be back again!!

Ocean's Reach is a beautiful resort with lush vegetation, eclectic shells, and serene views of the gulf. It is conviently located on the island and easily accessible to various restaurants and shops. Our first floor unit was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed for our relaxing visit. It also featured a screened in porch with direct access to the beach. We particularly liked the covered reserved parking spot and handicap accessibility to the unit! We throughly enjoyed our visit and celebrating our 30th anniversary! Kurt and Lisa were so helpful in providing recommendations for fabulous dining experiences and made our booking transaction easy! Thank you for a fabulous trip! We will be back!
