Beautiful corner unit townhouse located in South Denver's University Park neighborhood just .3 miles to the light rail and bus station. You're home away from home includes a large sectional couch, high speed internet, smart tv's, and a fully equipped open style kitchen to accommodate any of your cooking and baking needs. The living room features a half bath, fireplace, and wrap around balcony with table seating and a gas grill. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, private wrap around balcony and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a king size bed and full bathroom located in the hallway. Each bedroom has high end Serta posturepedic mattresses, silky soft soft bamboo sheets, cloud like pillows and mounted flat screen smart tv's. There is a wash machine and dryer along with an iron and ironing board for your laundry needs. Last but not least head up to the top floor and enjoy the private rooftop deck with fire pit, sofa seating, sun lounge chairs and beautiful Colorado Mountain View’s.

We came to Denver for the Morgan Wallen concert at Mile High Stadium. The townhouse was centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go to. The townhome was very reasonably priced and worked great for us, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Communication with Jennifer was very quick and responsive. She accommodated us for an early checkin and late check out. I would highly recommend staying here

The home is charming and very well appointed. It was sparkling clean, the towels and bed linens soft and abundant. There were lots of nice small touches; throw blankets, nice moisturizer and books/magazines on local highlights.

Overall the property is amazing, well stocked, clean and comfortable. I would recommend getting a large size pan for cooking. We loved the grill!

Gorgeous townhome! Smartly designed! Great location. Perfect for hanging out with family and friends. We enjoyed it so much we stayed in every night, ordered/cooked meals and spent quality time with our family, watched football and enjoyed the Mountain View!!!

The townhouse was perfect, and it was spotless. It has everything you need, from soap, shampoo, dish detergent, pods for dishwasher and laundry, paper towels and toilet paper, tea/coffee, plus some spices for cooking. The street parking was never an issue. You may sometimes not get right in front of the building, but a spot that is very close. The location is very convenient to the highway. I wish I could say I was there for pleasure, but spent 10 days in Denver to go to the National Jewish Center. Depending on time and traffic it was only a 10 to 15 minute drive. The townhouse was a great place to go back to relax after a long day of tests and doctor visits. Jennifer is very helpful and responds very quickly. Also, check in was seamless.

Great stay. Very convenient. Beautful Condo.

The condo was immaculately clean, well outfitted, and very conveniently located near freeways. We could get anywhere in the Denver area quickly. Several grocery stores, restaurants, and retail nearby. Drove to Cherry Creek North to eat at some nice restaurants a couple times(10-15 minutes)Beds are comfortable, rooftop deck is great for relaxation, smart tvs were used to watch news/ movies. Great Air conditioning/it was hot outside.Neighborhood very nice near Denver Academy and Denver University. Neighbors walk dogs. We would strongly recommend that you stay at this Condo.

Absolute pleasure to be able to stay a few nights at this delectable property!While my fiancé was admitted to Medical Center of Aurora, I needed a place and fast in order to be able to visit him in his condition. Luckily, he was discharged early and we were both able to enjoy this luxurious home for ourselves and our two small/medium dogs.The full kitchen, full two bathrooms, one half bath, and large bedrooms - this was more than an appropriate stay!Absolutely loved the accommodations and large wrap around balcony’s for extra outdoor space. On top of it all, the host was extremely responsive and professional. Would absolutely love to stay here again. Amazing local food, entertainment, and overall daily life as well! Thank you for having us :)

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the host takes tremendous pride in her property. The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and so thoughtfully organized — it truly felt like a home away from home rather than just a rental.Communication with the host was outstanding from start to finish. She was friendly, polite, and provided detailed instructions that made everything completely stress-free. It’s rare to find a host who is so attentive and genuinely invested in her guests’ experience.The home was exceptionally well-stocked with everything you could possibly need — we never once had to make a run to the store for anything we’d forgotten or hadn’t expected to need. That level of preparation really sets a stay apart.And the rooftop deck? Absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to those mountain views every morning was something we won’t soon forget.Overall, this was a wonderful stay and we would not hesitate to book again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and beautifully curated space with a host who genuinely goes above and beyond.
