Located in Castleberry Hill which is adjacent to southern border of downtown Atlanta. Castleberry Hill is a unique, fun, creative, artistic urban community with a strong historic identity. Many of the early 20th-century warehouse buildings have been converted to lofts and are now the predominate housing type. The population is culturally diverse and the area is continuing to grow in both the number of residents as well as retail and other establishments. Today the area is thriving with retail shops, restaurants, apartments and condos. The proximity to all that Atlanta has to offer in a short walking distance and easy highway and public transportation options are, and will continue to be, major draws to the area.

The interior blends reclaimed flooring, custom Bell Wood cabinetry, and Jenn Air professional appliances with a spacious layout suited for group stays. Private elevator access leads directly into the unit, opening to an open kitchen, a center island, and a lounge area that rises toward a lofted mezzanine.
Two enormous master bedrooms include en-suite baths, offering comfort and privacy for your stay. A semi-private bonus space functions as "Bedroom 3," featuring an attached half bath and an open layout without a door. The mix of enclosed rooms and open-plan spaces gives you room to gather, relax, and spread out across multiple levels.
Rooftop & Indoor Comfort
On cold-season days, the private rooftop patio provides sweeping views of the Atlanta skyline, best enjoyed with a warm drink or a quiet moment above the city. Indoors, the gas fireplace and central heating keep the space comfortable, while ceiling fans and central air conditioning offer balance when the weather shifts. The unit includes a TV, wifi, and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door, making it easy to balance downtime with productivity.

Almost every piece of artwork in The Otis â not only in the spaces but also inside the gallery (which is the common areas) â is custom work by Ty Pennington. The Otis is named for an elevator manufacturer that once operated on the site. The preserved façade still carries the companyâs logo.
