With two bedrooms and one bathroom, the cottage sleeps 6. Extra space on the sun porch allows guests to spread out and enjoy quiet time alone or game time together.

Most neighbors are year-round residents. Great for walking and biking with kids! Less than a mile to beach access. Short drive to Southport for shopping, historic sights, waterfront restaurants & Fort Fisher and Bald Head Island ferries.

Mattresses, furniture, washer and dryer new in 2023, iced or hot Keurig, toaster, blender, cookware and dining service for 6. Wifi & Fire stick. 1 king bed, 2 twin beds & a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy cooler days with a book or family game on the sun porch. Beach access just under a mile away! Cleaning fee includes linens, and beds will be made for your arrival.

Charging ports built into the lamp bases in the master for easy access, Bluetooth speaker in the living room, games & books for children and adults.

Dish soap, sponge, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent and coffee pods are provided for short-term stays. Please note there is not a dishwasher.

Linens are provided for your convenience, including sheets, bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, bath mat and kitchen towels. Ice cream maker, hammock, two backpack beach chairs & beach umbrella for guest use. No smoking/vaping or pets anywhere on the property ($500 violation), applies to daily visitors as well. The mini split unit in the living room efficiently heats and cools the cottage as long as bedroom doors are left open. Ceiling fans are in each bedroom as well. Please note that the person making the reservation must be a guest of the property for the length of the stay.
