We have stayed at Saida Towers several times and have always appreciated the well cared for property, beach views and security. The particular unit we rented had some upgrades to the kitchen and the deck furniture was comfortable for enjoying the evening. The bathrooms could use some TLC. Overall, nice place to stay; close walking distance to several restaurants, the state park, and activities.

This is a beautiful property. It was very clean and inviting when we arrived. It could use a little maintenance. Replace the meatal air vents that are rusty and just a little slicing up. The view is beautiful and they provided lots of towels and special touches

We loved our condo. The 2 teenagers loved their room with the full beds. We loved being able to go to the beach or pool without any difficulty. We would definitely recommend this condo.

The view of the ocean was spectacular! The condo was accurate to the listing. The master bedroom bed was comfy, but the 2 beds in the second bedroom are very uncomfortable! Both beds sagged in the middle bigtime! Had to sleep on the counch instead. There was no hot water, it was a step above room temp and there was hardly any water pressure when you turned the handle to hot. There was no water pressure at all if two people were in both showers at once.

Wonderful Vacation

My best friend and I had a glorious week in South Padre and loved the hotel and the room. It was absolutely perfect. We stayed in an off-season week, so it wasn't too crowded, the weather was wonderful, and the room was clean and very nicely decorated, with everything we needed. The deck had an awesome view of the beach and pool. Check in was extremely easy and they were very friendly. I would highly recommend this unit.

They actually switched our room with Saida I 404 due to circumstances beyond their control, but if this room is anything like the one we stayed at in the same building, it will be amazing.

The condo had hot water in only one bathroom. The kitchen had few pots and no dishes for microwave use. This was ground zero for spring breakers, contrary to ad. The music on an outdoor stage was so loud and profanity filled we could not sleep until it finally quit at 3am. We left our vacation early because we couldn’t sleep.

SPI get-away

The condo was exactly as the photos show. Furniture is a little worn but very comfortable (loved the rocking chair). The view from the balcony is perfect and there was enough seating for the 4 of us to sit around visit and enjoy the view. The only downside is that the two beds in the second guest room were uncomfortable as they were sagging in the middle.

No bedspread on bed only 2 sheets, no hot water, tepid water only, pillows were a joke, 2 nd bedroom bed sunk in in the middle, no hot pads or kitchen towels to dry dishes with, they now allow children in the hot tubs. Have been staying at the Saida for over 20 years and the complex rooms have been run in to the ground on a lot of units,bI don't know if a company now owns the rooms in stead of private owners but it is a shame. They do the bare minimum on upkeep
