Ce magnifique condo de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain est situé au 5ème étage, vous offrant une vue magnifique sur la plage, idéal pour créer des souvenirs que vous raconterez tous pendant des années.
Situé directement sur la plage avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique depuis votre balcon privé, le Seagull 502 est le condo de détente idéal pour votre famille. L’accès à la plage est l’un des meilleurs points d’accès à la plage de tout South Padre. L'accès à la plage a un grand pont en bois pour rendre votre accès encore plus facile sur le sable.

Pros: Amazing ocean views from the balcony, quiet neighbors, warm pool/hot tub, and close walking distance to multiple restaurants. Cons: The furniture (master bed and couch) was not very comfortable and there were no beach chairs/towels.Overall, despite the uncomfortable furniture, we would stay here again!

The view was fantastic. Location was great. Condo was great.Elevator did not work when we arrived. SPI Rental was good to help us with our bags. Heated pool was not always heated.

This is our third year in a row to stay at this property, and once again, it didn’t disappoint!From, an absolutely perfect location, to a beautifully decorated and functional unit, it checks all the boxes! This was the third time down to South Padre and our stay here at this condo was perfect!! The views of the ocean are so beautiful and we spent most of our time on the balcony listening to the ocean. Fantastic location

We enjoyed our stay so much. The beach is very close and the sunrise view was spectacular. We loved this condo and might consider staying again here if we goto SPI.

Beautiful place!!

Views were amazing, the place was clean and had everything you might need for a wonderful stay. Beach access was so close and over all it was really quiet at night. Will definitely be staying again.

Quick Labor Day Getaway
