Spacious beachfront condo with wall-to-wall, breathtaking, 12th-floor views of the Gulf from the living room, master suite, or from the large balcony. Experience all the sights and sounds of the beachfront!

Imagine yourself enjoying the incredible South Padre Island sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico from your large private balcony or enjoying a leisurely stroll along the beach just a quick elevator ride away. Located in a gated beachfront complex that is centrally located on Gulf Blvd, this remodeled condo directly faces the Gulf of Mexico and is tastefully appointed with upscale furnishings and decor that will never let you forget that you are at the beach.

The complex features a beautifully landscaped pool overlooking the Gulf, a private boardwalk to the beach, tennis courts, a basketball hoop, volleyball net, shaded outdoor seating located right beside the children's playground.

You are not far from the restaurants and nightlife of South Padre Island, so you may choose to dine out every night. However, if you choose to cook in and dine with a view, you will enjoy a kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need. Perfect Stay

From the moment we walked into the condo, we knew it was going to be a great stay! The view of the Gulf was breathtaking, loved that the was a humidifier, and even put together one of the puzzles. We were right on the beach, which was amazing. The pool and hot tub were clean and we enjoyed the close proximity of the grocery store, food, and shopping.

Great Place

My toddler daughter up to this day says she wants to go back again to the house by the beach ‘is what she says’. She loved it and we did too. Our stay was short, only a weekend but we cooked there , and had fun in the park they have with the kids, the pools, the beach. The property was really comfy for a family of (4),welcoming, and clean we would def stay again.

Couldn’t have been better

This property is impeccable with an amazing view. The furnishings are first class, the complex is well cared for and security is excellent. This is the best VRBO we have ever stayed at and we highly recommend it for anyone who wants a unforgettable experience.

Windy, wet getaway

This gated property was lovely and well kept up. The pools and pool area was always clean. My only problem was with the elevator: the motor was loud and from our unit we heard it every time it moved, for 16 days! One day it was out of order and we had to walk up 12 floors!The unit itself was lovely like the pictures, but you could tell it’s age if you looked at the floors. It had a Well stocked kitchen and all appliances worked well.If we come back to SPI, we will most likely go through Padre Getaways again as they were very accommodating!

Great getaway!

My husband and I needed a break from the Houston heat. First time in SPI and got so lucky finding this great unit. The view was outstanding. Unit was very well equipped. Beds and furniture comfortable. Sound of the ocean soothing. Have already reserved for our next stay.

Beautiful Condo

It was a beautiful condo with an amazing view. From this floor we could watch the sunrise from the balcony and the sunset from the entrance walkway. We had great weather and were able to enjoy the pool area and the beach. Great location for walking. Because of the year round weather there is always some type of construction going on but that is to be expected. Everything was very well maintained inside and out. Loved SPI!

Beach Front paradise

Excellent location, walking distance to restaurants, de-humidifier on property that lowered humidity in room and allowed A/C to perform fantastic. Located on the highest floor for fantastic views! Bring your own spices, condiments and oil! Only negative was there wasn’t even a salt shaker inside! Other than no condiments or oil, place was absolutely fantastic!

South Padre Experience

The condo unit itself was great and very clean. The parking and elevator situation at this property needs to be in better condition. One gate to parking lot not working and the elevators become ovens by late afternoon and when staying on 12th floor where this unit is, they are basically your only choice.
