Room balcony had great view of ocean (excellent). AC was also great. The condo was clean. The 2 TVs were very small. The bathroom tub faucet needed to be replaced and tub stopper did not work. Toilet was old and was only 13.5” tall and there were no hand rails to help get off the toilet. The bedroom was small. The refrigerator did not have an ice maker so the owner needs to add that. The pool and hot tub were great and there was easy walking access to the beach.

What a charming place to stay. The balcony was perfect for sipping that early morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Stunning view of the ocean. The set up made sense with the furniture considering it was small to accommodate 6 people. (We did not have that many.) Perfect for 2 or 3 people, but 6 was possible. The host sent clear emails and texts for all the logistics of staying. We will be back, hopefully for much longer.

Condo needed several updates. There was missing Sheetrock cover in bed room closet, the wire rack for shelving in pantry was broken, ice trays were gross not usable, the floors, ceiling fans were very dirty, curtains had stains, shower had no water pressure & only warm water. Location was good & we had a great vacation. Was just disappointed in cleaningness of condo. Helpful information a few updates could make the place better.

Overall great property, great stay and great experience. The power went out a couple times, but we did get warning about one of them. The curtains were difficult to use, but totally worth the money and such an incredible view!

A little outdated but so worth it for the view. I’ve stayed at other condos on the beach side, but nothing compares to the view at this condo. I think this will be my new go to place. If I could make one recommendation, it would be to have a cleaner to wipe down the counter., But outside of that, I will definitely be going back!

The unit had an excellent view and location. The building/unit needs a major update and renovation. Bathroom fixtures are very old, Dishwasher was rusty and needs to be replaced. AC was noisy and dirty.

The check in process was very easy. The building is on the beach and a short walk to the ocean. We used the laundry facilities and that was convenient. We did not have time to use the pool or hot tub but they looked good and were always in use. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for making our vacation great.
