Cozy condo right on the beach and in a primal location to restaurants and shopping centers. Check-in was smooth and condo was quite clean!

The location alone is incredible, beautiful sunsets on the ocean side and fireworks on the bay side. Unit was exactly as described. Check in was easy as can be. Will definitely be back.

The perfect beach front vacation! This property was so beautiful and perfect for what we needed for a quick getaway. The condo was fully stocked for all our needed and our hosts were wonderful and quick with communication. Will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family in the future!

Greg is a great host, he checked up on us to make sure check was good. Then the following day Greg followed up with how everything was going which was great. Let me tell you the condo is nicely done and the views are amazing. We got to see fireworks twice while we were on the island. Plenty of towels and cleaning supplies there too.There are beach chairs in the condo or you could rent a chair for 20 bucks on the beach. It was great that there was a cooler in the condo so we were able to pack drinks for the beach. If we ever come back to SPI I will definitely stay at the condo again. Love that it was quiet and the beach is right there. My wife really enjoyed our time there. Thanks Greg for working with us!

This location is perfect. The building itself is very well maintained, as is the unit. Everything was clean and exactly as described. This was my second stay in the same unit, and I would return here. The views from the balcony are beautiful, and beach access is very simple. You can't go wrong with this choice!

Truthfully, the building itself is a little outdated and could use some repairs. But once you step inside the condo, it honestly feels like you’re in a completely different building. The condo was very nice and well kept.My wife absolutely loved the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed for our trip.And the view… the pictures of the balcony view do NOT do it justice! My wife and I made sure to get up and enjoy the sunrise every morning. Those mornings are something we will always remember. The view was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more special.Greg was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.I would love to tell y’all NOT to check this property out so it stays available for me , but I’m not a selfish person! So if you get the opportunity to book this room, I promise you won’t be disappointed. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

How fantastic to wake up to the beautiful sunrise from the comfort of our own balcony, while still in my PJs nonetheless (I'd even go snuggle back into bed after watching)! So wonderful to simply ride the elevator down and walk straight out to the beach . At the entrance to the condo grounds, an outdoor shower and hose are readily available to rinse off all the sand. We'd enjoy the pool before heading up to our room (it's a nice break from the sun because it is in the shadow of the building in the afternoon). And its walkable distance to a souvenir and candy store as well as restaurants! Best trip to South Padre thus far! We also checked out the sand dunes at the north end of the island for the first time and that was a fun evening outing! Best of all, it was a clean condo with fresh white sheets and no mildew smell! Highly recommend
