The nearest boat ramp is 0.4 miles away and there is an extended driveway to provide ample parking. Enjoy the private backyard which includes a covered patio, charcoal grill, outdoor games, and a fire pit area great for star gazing! The home is near texas wineries, lakefront parks, trails and the local market.
The space
Master bedroom 1 is located downstairs. It has a memory foam queen size bed with egyptian cotton sheets. There is a view of the backyard and fire pit area from the window. This room has a walk in closet and it’s own private full bathroom.

Master bedroom 2 is located upstairs. It has a memory foam queen size bed with egyptian cotton sheets. There is a hill country view from the window. This room has a full length floor mirror, walk in closet and it’s own entrance to a full bathroom.

Bedroom 3 is located upstairs. It has two memory foam full size beds with egyptian cotton sheets.

The kitchen is fully stocked has basic cooking essentials such as cooking oil, pots, pans and basic seasonings. It also has a microwave, toaster and coffee maker.

The living area offers 50 inch smart TV with access to YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu and Disney Plus. The sofa converts into a comfortable queen size sleeper to accommodate more guests.

The backyard has a charcoal grill, yard games and a fire pit area. Charcoal or firewood is not provided.
