Your family will enjoy being close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located house. You are close to the Texas Hill Country Hotspots of Canyon Lake, Guadalupe River, New Braunfels, Gruene, San Marcos, Wimberley, San Antonio, and Austin. Close to good restaurants, a lake, river activities, antique shops, dance halls, wineries, Wurstfest - Oktoberfest famous German culture. Take a day and go to San Antonio's Riverwalk or a day in Austin. A Golf Course minutes away. You can enjoy sitting on the outside and watching the deer.

About the Home:
This home has 3 king-size beds, one in each bedroom. One Primary bedroom is on the first floor with a bed that has a remote to raise your head, a TV, and it's own bathroom with a shower & tub. There is a 2nd large Primary bedroom upstairs that includes a modern style futon, TV, a baby pack n play, a dedicated office desk with chair, an outdoor balcony, and is connected to a bathroom with a shower, that is shared with the other bedroom upstairs. The 3rd bedroom upstairs is large with a bunk bed with twin on top and bottom a full. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. There are TV's in each bedroom and in the family room. There is a Foosball game table in the garage and a Dart Board. The garage can fit a tall pickup truck such as an F250. There is 12 chairs for sitting on the outside to enjoy watching the deer. There is an outdoor grill.

Other things to note:
You will have access to the neighborhood boat ramp. There are plenty of things to find to do for kids and adults. Here are just a few items: Visit the Gruene Music & Wine Festival and the Wimberly Music Fest in October, the Dry Comal Creek Vineyards or La Cruz de Comal Wines on Saturday or Sunday, or Pontita Vineyard and Winery on Thursday - Sunday. For adults and the kiddo's - The Heritage Museum with 25 acres of stuff, including exhibits and Dinosaurs Trackways. Visit Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park. The Animal World & Snake Farm Zoo in New Braunfels. Zipline in Wimberley. Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch - self guided tour driving through to feed wildlife from your car or go on a private tour to see over 500 animals, Zebra's, Rhino's, and Giraffe's are just a few. Visit Old Gruene Market Days held the 3rd full weekend of each month February through November. We are 1 hour and 3 min from Luckenbach, TX and then drive on to Fredericksburg in about 15 min from there to see the wine country.
