Marsh Mellow is a charming one-story home located at the southern end of Fripp Island. Just a short walk to the Cabana Club, this four-bedroom, three-bath home is perfect for guests looking to enjoy Fripp’s many amenities.

The home features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed wireless internet, and cable TV, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Relax and unwind while taking in the stunning porch views of the marsh.

The primary bedroom at the back of the home features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and private balcony with endless views. The ensuite offers a double vanity, soaker tub, walk-in shower, and a built-in vanity cabinet for added convenience.

At the front of the home, two bedrooms—a queen and a twin—share a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo for convenience. The third front bedroom, a queen, features its own ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Also included in your rental are up to 8 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
