A beautifully decorated, open-plan kitchen and living room, blends cooking with dining, entertaining, or socializing in a single area.
Kitchen – full size appliances include a full size refrigerator, an induction cooktop, convention oven, microwave and dishwasher. Generous counter space, a breakfast island with 2 bar stools, and a dining table with 6 chairs. The sliding doors open to the patio, pool & bbq area.

The primary bedroom has a king size bed, with desk and office chair, flat screen 55"TV, and a sliding door that opens up to the poolside patio. Where you can relax, swim and get plenty of sun. The primary bathroom features a vanity, shower and a spacious walk in closet. The first guest bedroom has a king size bed and dresser. The second guest bedroom has a queen sized pull up sofa couch and a 42" flat screen TV.
You can walk or bike to 4 great waterfront restaurants located right on the island, as well as local marinas for boat and kayak rentals. Nearby Marco Island offers endless shopping, dining, beaches, and water sports, all just minutes away. Once you discover our island life, you will never want to leave!

Grab your rods and jump on your boat to experience world class fishing inshore and offshore. There are lots of great fishing spots around for you to take advantage of, no matter what the weather conditions are. If you would rather kick back, relax and the cruise local waters, you are sure to enjoy the natural beauty, peacefulness and tranquility of the world renown, 10,000 islands. We also have amazing kayaking and paddle boarding all around us. Drop in behind the house or go to the Capri Paddle Park which is located at the entrance to Isles of Capri. There you will find endless mangrove tunnels and trails for you to explore and navigate. In addition to the all the charter boats on Capri, there are several places near by to rent boats, jet skis, golf carts and even a dive shop, that will show you what island living is all about. We are part of Rookery Bay Preserve which means no matter where you are, you will see lots of Dolphins, manatees and pelicans that live here and are always passing by or putting on a show. Being here is like having front row seats at Sea World. You never know what you will see and anything is possible.
