Enjoy amazing beach views from every room! Bring your boat or jet ski and launch on-site into Little Lagoon. Sea Oats is conveniently located 3.5 miles from The Hangout (The “T”) and features 2 Olympic sized pools, BBQ area, deeded beach access, boat launch, 1st come-1st serve boat slips, fishing pier, gazebo, and plenty of green space.
The Space:
With beach views from every room, a fantastic balcony with views of the gulf, recent renovated, & well maintained, this is arguably the BEST unit in the entire development. Renovations in 2023 include new furnishings, fixtures, paint throughout, and plank-flooring. Unit 102-C is located in the “C” building which sits directly off West Beach Blvd between the beach and the lagoon. Unit 102-C features a full kitchen equipped (offering a regular coffee maker) with dishwasher, disposal, electric stove and oven, refrigerator with ice maker, blender, toaster and all cooking utensils. Living room has flat screen TV & DVD player, love seat, recliner, sleeper sofa, beach views and balcony access. Master bedroom has king size bed, flat screen TV, private bath, beach views and balcony access. Master bath has full size tub with shower combo. The second bedroom has a Captains bed with a queen size bed on bottom and twin size bed on top, beach views & balcony access. There are two, single sized, fold-out beds provided for extra sleeping stored in the closet. While not ideal for adults, they are great for kids. Two vehicles can fit in the covered space below the unit and additional parking is provided. The unit does have WIFI. This condo is non-smoking, which includes the balcony. You may smoke in designated smoking areas on the property just not in the condo or on the balcony.
Guest Access:
Guest have access to all of the great amenities at Sea Oats which include: deeded beach access, 2 Olympic sized pools, private boat launch into Little Lagoon, 1st come-1st serve boat slips, fish cleaning stations, pier, gazebo, ample green space, and BBQ area. This complex does NOT have a hot tub.
The Neighborhood:
Sea Oats is a family friendly development sitting on 6 acres. It is located 3.5 miles west of The Hangout (the “T”) in Gulf Shores. You are close enough to the heart of Gulf Shores to be to any of the great dining, entertainment, or shopping options in minutes yet far enough to be out of the busy, congested area. Crossing the 2-lane street from the condo to access the beach is a breeze.

Uber, Lyft, and local taxi is available in our area.
Other Things to Note:
Parking for 2 vehicles is available in the designated spaces under the unit. We offer additional parking for $50 at our office, which is 9 miles from the property. Enter the parking lot through the middle gate. Gate code will be provided with check-in information sent before arrival.
This condo is non-smoking, which includes the balcony. You may smoke on the property just not in the condo or on the balcony. Smoking in the condo or on the balcony will result in a fine of $250.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. The check-in process was super easy and straightforward, so we were able to settle in right away.The property itself was just steps from the beach with an amazing view that we enjoyed every day. It was exactly what we were hoping for in a relaxing getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect beach condo!!
My family & I stayed for a week. Great distance to the beach & pool. Spent most of our days going to the beach, upstairs for lunch & down to the pool until it was time to get ready for dinner! Not our first stay at Sea Oats but possibly the best one yet. Their pools are unbeatable!! I posted a condo tour on my TikTok username bethalizzz. Can’t wait to come back!

Dissapointed for the price!
First of all it was aggravating to have to drive to a rental office to pick up parking passes before you head to your room after a long drive. Parking passes should have been in the room. Secondly the condo was clean but very outdated. Almost all the furniture needs to be replaced. We called about the volume on the Tv in the living room and nobody ever returned our call. The kitchen area was fine. Living room couches and recliner need to be in the dump. The TV cabinet is an antique and drawers would not even open good. The recliner was in such bad shape it’s covered up with a blanket. The table and chairs in dining area needs to be redone. There was cushions in chair that are old and then they had a smaller cushion sitting on top
Of those. I just felt nasty sitting on all the furniture. Master bed was comfortable but there is a side chair in the room with stains all over it. The extra bedroom bed was fine but chest had bubbles all over the top. It needs to be in the dump as well. This condo could be so nice with a little more love. The only good thing about the condo was location to beach. It’s very dissapointing when you spend that much money a week and condo just looks awful.

We appreciate you mentioning the cleanliness of the space. It is noted 3 places in the description, “Upon arrival, guest will check-in at our office, which is about 9 miles from the condo.” We sincerely apologize if this was overlooked. Upon arrival, we send a message stating, “We hope that you have settled in alright and that you are enjoying your stay. Please let us know if we can assist you in any way.” We didn’t receive a reply and were not messaged a single time during the stay so assumed everything was great. We apologize if we missed a call but didn’t receive a voice message. Our office hours are M-F, 8 AM- 4 PM & Sat/ Sun, 10 AM- 1 PM. If the call was after business hours, we have a call center to handle emergencies (leaks, lock out, HVAC, etc). If not an emergency, they will suggest calling back the next business day or sending a message. While the complex as a whole is older (built in 1984), it is well-maintained and was repainted in 2023. Our unit gets repainted every 3 years and was last painted in 2023, along with new flooring throughout. The couch, loveseat and bunk in the guest bedroom were purchased new and delivered on 2/17/23. Being a high-volume rental unit, there will be normal wear and tear but the pictures and description are 100% accurate. While this unit is new to this platform, on another platform, it has a phenomenal 4.6 out of 5-star rating with 138 reviews. Most guests love our space and we are sorry if your experience was not similar.
