Condo au niveau de la plage, très propre !!!Super endroit!!!

C'est l'endroit que vous cherchiez! Sortez directement à la plage avec du sable blanc parfait. Island Shores est situé à 0,6 mile à l'est de l'intersection de l'autoroute 59, au cœur de Gulf Shores.

Tout et tout ce que vous voulez faire se trouve à moins de 8 km des magasins, parcs aquatiques, golf, pêche, restaurants, etc. Dans la propriété Island Shores, il y a une piscine privée avec beaucoup de sièges.

La chambre principale (lit king) a TV / DVD, ventilateur de plafond et salle de bain attenante. La cuisine complète est équipée de tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pendant votre séjour, de la cafetière et du grille-pain aux ustensiles de cuisine et ustensiles de cuisine. La cuisine s'ouvre sur la table et le salon de la salle à manger.

Le salon a un beau canapé-lit en denim et une chaise, ainsi qu'une télévision à écran plat / DVD. Il y a une grande fenêtre pour capturer les vues relaxantes.

Notre condo est également équipé d'Internet haute vitesse sans fil GRATUIT.

La deuxième chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux et placard a une belle vue sur l'océan avec une télévision sur le mur.

Les vues de premier niveau sur l'océan donnent l'impression d'être assis sur les plages de sable blanc

The condo was amazing! It had absolutely everything you could think of and then some! The view and access to the beach were perfect. The owner communicated with us throughout the whole process and made it a friendly stay, not just a business transaction. The beach staff were welcoming and friendly as well. This was by far my favorite place to stay and we will definitely be back!

It was a great condo complex. Security guards were friendly and helpful to suggestions for the area. The only downside the pool wasn’t heated but on a warm sunny day refreshing.

This property checked all of the boxes for our first trip to Gulf Shores! We couldn't have gotten any closer to the beautiful white sand! This newly remodeled unit was clean and comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive to messages.

Being on the first floor ocean view was obstructed. In kitchen only 3 spoons. Definitely needs more spoons Otherwise very nice placeHave to make sure door latches sometimes doesn’t close all the way

Glad you enjoyed it! Not sure what you mean about the view being obstructed, there is nothing but sand and ocean views from the patio. Thanks for letting me know about the spoon shortage. As stated in the welcome email message, "let us know about any issues immediately so we can resolve them". I would have quickly sent more spoons to the condo.

Check in was super easy and the condo was wonderful! It was very clean and so cute. The pictures are spot on. It fit our family with 3 littles great! We loved it was on the bottom floor so no hiking stairs. Jason did a fantastic job getting us the check in and check out info. We would recommend his property!

This was our first time to Gulf Shores and we had a great time!This unit location is amazing!! The interior design is cute and trendy- I also thought the Island Shores Borrow Box was a nice touch for sharing bulky beach items! We will stay here again, likely next year!!

Hi, I’m Jason! Epic Properties began years ago when I, originally from Ohio, settled in Franklin, Tennessee after college and bought my first condo in Gulf Shores. What started as one property quickly turned into a passion for creating a better, more personal way for families to vacation.

Today, my wife, February, helps decorate, style, and photograph our condos to give each one that welcoming, coastal feel guests love, and our daughter, Kaylee, manages the marketing and design.

We live in Franklin, TN, about seven hours north of the beach, and never miss a chance to head south to the sand. We now own seven condos in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, and I personally manage each one to make sure it’s well‑maintained and ready for your arrival.

We hope you’ll stay with us, unwind, and love the ocean as much as we do.
