Everything was fantastic! Loved the spot tremendously. Great communication and unit was perfect. It was a little tricky at 10PM finding the spot, but maybe I shouldn’t have gotten there so late . Awesome rental, would stay again.
Husband and I rented multiple condos at this property for my wedding at Maroon Bells over 4th of July weekend. My husband and I stayed in this unit. It was very clean which was awesome, great size, enjoyed that it’s first floor (you have to walk down about 5 steps though) and close to the pool. The pool was like bath water and the front desk said there wasn’t much they could do. Housekeeping came and restocked towels and made our bed. We did find a few live insects in the unit. Cricket in the shower, earwig in the kitchen, spider in the bedroom. All on different days. Not a big deal.
No A/C so we had to sleep with windows open and the little fan they provided on high. Thankful for the fan bc without it you’d be able to hear everybody talking outside and in the building. Bed was decently comfortable.
The washer/dryer cabinet was locked but you could see them through the cracks. Would have been nice to use the dryer to un-wrinkle my clothes but oh well.
Location was good. Heck of a hill to climb up to get back from dinner but the condos had a free “shuttle” that would take you down to the mall and back up when you called. Just had to tip the drivers. Restaurant on site was cool too but wish they served breakfast. The servers were always slammed with short staffed but tried hard to hustle. The parking lot for your vehicle it huge but you might have to hike it to the condo if you have to park in the back bc it was so full.
Only complaint I had was about the hot pool and the shed-like looking doors right outside our unit which housekeeping left unlocked. We checked it out and it happened to be all the fresh towels, sheets, soaps, etc. I’m like… is that how the bugs got brought in?? Oh well.
I would certainly book this unit again!
