Les deux chambres plus mezzanine / deux salles de bains est 1,285 pieds carrés. Vous pourrez profiter d'un salon spacieux avec une cheminée à gaz et une cuisine complète. La chambre principale et la deuxième chambre sont situées en bas. Les deux salles de bains sont également situées en bas. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king. Dans ce condo, la deuxième chambre dispose de deux lits jumeaux et la mezzanine de quatre lits jumeaux. Non fumeur et pas d'animaux. Le Timberline dispose d'une piscine extérieure chauffée, de 2 bains à remous, d'un sauna, de vestiaires et d'une blanchisserie. Restaurant sur place pour le dîner sauf hors saison.

Great 4th of July

Enjoyed our time, friendly staff. The kitchen is extremely limited with supplies - no spatula, peeler, salt&pep, olive oil, etc. other than that it was a great stay. Beds were comfortable.

The unit was in a very attractive location and very clean and comfortable. We had three adults and two teenagers and had more than enough room. The only issue was there were no blinds in the living room area where we could close off at night from the pool area and construction work taking place. You are on the very end looking at the pool and the hiking hill. Would highly recommend

We were staying there for one night. We got in around 10:00 pm. We could NOT find the 15 minute parking to drop our bags off. So my husband went in to the office and the guy in there flippantly said “well it’s up the hill around the corner.” He seemed annoyed that we were asking. It’s not well lit so we couldn’t see the parking let alone what building was what. Then when we got into the room (A3A) it was 75 degrees in there. We couldn’t get the air on. So I called the front desk. No answer. Multiple times. I called housekeeping. No answer. Multiple times. I left a message because we also noticed that the shower in the lift wasn’t draining. We stayed there on August 25, 2025. It is August 27 and I STILL have not received a call. TERRIBLE customer service.

Our office does close at 10:00 pm, and at that time our voicemail provides guests with the number for our overnight service to assist with after-hours requests. I’m sorry this was not clear during your arrival. Unfortunately, most of our condos do not have air conditioning, but the cool mountain air in the evenings generally helps maintain comfortable temperatures once the windows are opened. I also apologize for the issue you experienced with the shower not draining and for not receiving a return call in a timely manner. We take your concerns seriously, and I will be addressing these matters with our team to ensure we improve both communication and responsiveness going forward. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

Pros: - Very near pool and ski slopes. - Unit is clean with cleaning service. - No limit to number of vehicles. - Check-in to unit was easy (see below). Cons: - Wasn't provided clear check-in information, spent time on the phone w/customer service only to find that we only had to go to the office's front desk. - Building that the unit is in is hard to locate the first time. - Parking is across the street--plan to carry your things across the parking lot, across the street, down the length of the building and then up the stairs to the unit. No luggage carts. - Twin bedroom has a broken window latch, and the bed by the window wasn't very comfortable. - 4:30 alarm from prior tenants woke us--cleaning staff didn't turn off alarm. - No AC so the upstairs is extremely hot and stuffy even with two fans running. - Loft has very low, sloping ceilings--expect to hit your head hard, and repeatedly, by accident. - Unit has two bathrooms, but one is in the master bath, so people in the other six beds have to

Relaxing

Great spot to relax with friends after a weekend racing in Snowmass. Comfortable beds, great kitchen and living room, convenient to on mountain restaurants.

My family stayed here while I ran with the Ragnar Team. It was the perfect spot for them to stop by the Village as well as the local hiking trails. Nice interior. 3 single beds in the loft, 2 twins in a room, 1 queen in the master. (and I think the couch was a pull out but we only had 4 people and did not use it.)

This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for $18 per day in the winter (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner.

Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.
You will receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a full guidebook for your stay along with your check-in details.
