Nice weekend get away , great low key location not a lot of traffic is a plus. Room was clean & easy to get to the beach.

It was great!

The place was clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils, towel, everything we could need. My family had a grwt time! Note: the parking pass was 30, not 25.

Room was exactly as pictured. Chairs were available for beach use. Beach was a short walk as listed. Only 4 stars because we were traveling with a child and the balcony doors did not lock. Had we known we definitely would have booked a different condo for safety reasons. The WiFi was terrible. The dryer took 4 hours to dry clothes.

Why miss out on a potential repeat customer.

We have stayed at this facility many times and have always had an amazing experience. Up until now. The room was clean but the floors were not. They were very Sandy and we had to sweep them immediately when we got there. It would have been nice to have the floors mopped prior to our getting there or minimally vacuumed to get the sand off of the tile. Worse than that was the actual bed in our room. The mattress sunk in the middle causing me a backache for the entire trip. I immediately contacted the phone number sent to me on the email and was told that someone would take a look at it. Unfortunately no one ever did. Why even ask for feedback if no one is willing to fix the problem. Also there were two bulbs out in the kitchen and the end table light had a broken switch. Nothing major but made the room kind of dim at night.
