In charming Fruita, Colorado, this historic home blends modern comforts, unique furnishings, and an incredible outdoor space. Close to restaurants and adventure hotspots, it's an ideal base for exploring world-class mountain bike trails, river adventures, or the Colorado National Monument. Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, special occasions, or a weekend getaway, make this home your ultimate home away from home.

As you pull into the driveway, you will be enchanted by the unique architecture of this historic home with hedges surrounding the front yard and a beautiful, covered patio space with comfy furniture to enjoy your evenings visiting with friends. Walk into this comfortable and spacious historic home in the heart of Fruita! Family and friends will relax as they spend time together on the private backyard patio or in the open dining/living room area. As you enter through the back door, you will find an updated kitchen with all the amenities you will need including a special coffee bar station. Off of the kitchen is a full bathroom and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Through the kitchen you enter the formal dining room with plenty of space for family and friends to dine and enjoy each other's company. The spacious living room is at the front of the home that looks out at the nicely groomed lawn and hedges. The master bedroom with a king bed is located off of the living room and has a private half bath. Upstairs you will find three unique bedrooms, one with a private balcony to look at the Book cliffs and Colorado National Monument. You will also find a full bathroom at the top of the stairs. A fenced yard with a shed for guest storage of bikes and equipment finish off our tour of Fruita Home Base. You are 2 blocks to downtown Fruita for festivals and concerts and only 5 minutes from world class biking and hiking. This spacious, historic home is waiting for you to visit.

Fantasic house in Fruita!
Fruita is the halfway point between Boulder, CO and Salt Lake City, UT; so this is where we gathered with three generations for a long weekend. The house was a great location with an easy walk to town AND it was extrememly well equipped for the evenings we stayed in and cooked then played games. It had everything needed to be comfortabel and the management was proactively responsive and check-in and check-out were so easy! We will definitely stay here again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this home in Fruita. The historic features of the home were so beautiful. The home itself is very comfortable and is close proximity to whatever you may need. We will definitely be back!
