5-Star Lux Modern Cabin in DT Fruita ❊ Dog Friendly❊

You will love this charming, recently remodeled, 1930’s cabin in downtown Fruita. The backyard is shaded and has ample space for both kids and dogs to play and a great BBQ spot. The living room is spacious and the kitchen is fully stocked for whatever feast you have planned. The dining room has a wood burning fireplace and the perfect spot after a long day of skiing or biking to relax and dine. With families in mind, Maple is fully equipped with board games, toys, a pack in play and high chair.

We fully comply with the City of Fruita short term rental requirements and have completed and passed a thorough safety check.

City of Fruita license #0038-21.

The backyard has both a grill and patio furniture for outdoor dining, yard is enclosed for animals. The parking is ample and gated- allows for an RV, large vehicles or trailers. The living room is spacious with seating for minimum 6, a bar and breakfast nook for eating. The kitchen is stocked and includes kid friendly cutlery and a high chair. The dining room is part of the original cabin and has a wood burning fireplace and seating for 6.

This is a great house. Plenty of room. Wonderful back yard with plenty of places to relax. It was fun to play darts and corn hole. Might need some night lights in the house, very dark when turn the lights out.

Great bike trip to Fruita!

We’ve stayed here now two years in a row for our annual bike trip. The property is in the perfect location, spacious and clean. We had a great time! It had everything we needed and a great backyard space to enjoy. We will be back next year!

Perfect getaway house for a small family

We were in town for our son's wedding, and this house was absolutely perfect, both inside and out. It's charming, with a spacious living area that opens up to a very large backyard that we definitely took advantage of to relax with a glass of wine, and play some ping-pong too. I hope to return soon!

Mountain biking trip

House was great for the five guys that came to mountain bike the area. And the host was very nice with great communication. Highly recommended.

Great for a family

We really enjoyed the backyard along with its dart board and ping pong table. The gathering area was great for our group. Only negative would be the small 4th bedroom that only had access through the 3rd bedroom. Would work great for a group of children or parents with young children but made the 4 bedrooms a little difficult for us. Thanks for the great place to stay while we enjoyed Fruita with our family!
