We had everything we needed for our stay. The home is open and bright with a nicely fenced in yard. The towels were super soft and the beds very clean and comfortable. The host was very quick to respond with any questions that we had. We will definitely stay here again.

The host was very welcoming. The house is well stocked with essentials and it was very clean!! The kitchen is amazing. It is very big and cooking in it was a dream. The back yard is huge. My dogs had plenty of room to run around. The yard backs up to a fairly busy street, but you don’t even notice it inside the house. The location is in a nice and safe residential area and many local amenities are close by.

Great place; great location. Multiple coffees and creamers provided. Had one issue come up; owner answered phone immediately and came over in about 15 min to deal with it.

The house and yard were both more spacious than I was expecting from the pictures. We spent Thanksgiving here and the kitchen had everything we needed (and more!) to prepare, cook, and plate. The beds were all comfortable and the showers were nicely upgraded. The neighborhood was convenient and safe. Gergana is an excellent host and even went out of her way to return some items to us that we inadvertently left. There are so many options of places to stay, so I rate places based on whether or not we would choose the same home again...and we would definitely stay here again!

This property was perfect for me and my family. The home was clean with convenient supplies and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard area. The neighborhood was quiet. Great Tournament Stay

We had a lacrosse tournament in Elgin, and this was a great location for that, as well as having some fun when tournament days were done. The house was well-equipped, clean, and roomy. The host provided clear information and was very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Girls and Grandkid getaway

This house was so perfect in every way we could’ve wanted! Affordable, bedroom for each mom and kid, great communication with owner, quiet and cute neighborhood, and close to everywhere we wanted to go! The home was so simple in all the things and yet exactly everything we could’ve asked for. They even added their own touches with complimentary soda and water in the fridge! We would definitely pick this place if we make our way here again!

Perfect for a family

We have 3 kids and a dog and needed a clean, safe, spacious home to hang out and relax in while visiting family and this had everything we were looking for! I had to work during our stay so the desk in one of the bedrooms was perfect while the rest of the family could watch tv and play in the other areas of the house/yard. The owner was friendly and responsive and made sure we were taken care of. We plan on coming back any time we are in the area!

Cozy Rental in Quiet Neighborhood

Well-stocked kitchen, towels and cleaning supplies. Hostess seemed to go the extra mile to help us feel welcomed with water, soda, coffee options and candy. Just slight confusion and panic on our part when they had our arrival date not until the next day, but it was remedied and all was well.

Nice stay in the suburbs

This nicely updated house is located in a quiet neighborhood. It has everything you will need. The backyard was nice as we were traveling with our two dogs for an event in town. The only issue was the master bath. The shower was excellent, but the overall space was so small that you could not really get to the toilet. It is wedged into the corner with the sink right in front of it! The hall bath is fine and we just used that one. Communication with the owner was ok. We had to pay as a separate transaction the pet fee. I don't remember doing that before. She also wanted us to verify that it was only 2 people. Even though the house sleeps 6. Not sure if she would have wanted more money for more people? So be aware of that. pet fee. I can't remember doing that before
