Welcome to our cherished home! Nestled in a cozy small town close to lakes and adorable Historic Downtown. Relax with plenty of space for you and other guests. Being tucked in a walnut grove (on a quiet cul-de-sac) It brings the peace and sounds of the woods with the comfort of a home. The extra large driveway leaves plenty of space for parking your boat or RV, the large fenced in backyard is perfect for little children to play, or your small dog to retreat.

The 5 bedrooms include a master suite with a King bed, TV, full bathroom and laundry room in the large closet, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and closets that sandwich a guest bathroom with shower and large vanity. Upstairs is also a 4th bedroom with a bunk bed that includes a full above a twin and a dresser. In the basement you will find your 5th bedroom and second King sized bed. The basement includes a full bathroom with a shower conveniently also next to the game room and 3rd TV. All 3 TV's include a Firestick for all of your streaming ease.

Besides the 5 bedrooms you can enjoy 3 separate seating areas outside of the kitchen. When you walk in you are welcomed to a vaulted entry and can either explore upstairs or relax in the cozy living room. The front room can be turned into working office space, or just be a lovely quiet place to sit. The backyard includes a fence and firepit.

Have a day of free time? Take a stroll, or drive to Historic Downtown Spring Hill (.9 miles away). Here you will find local shops with coffee, baked goods, ice cream treats, handmade soaps, and adorable KC gear. Check your welcome book when you get here for lovely local gifts. Hop right on the nearby highway and make your way to the Chiefs stadium just 45 minutes away. The convenient location makes it wonderful for all of your vacation plans.
