Relax on this peaceful property after touring historic Savannah or a quick 10 minute Uber drive if you want to enjoy the nightlife. A short 10 minute drive to Tybee Island Beaches, or simply relax at the pool. You can enjoy morning coffee on the dock of the lake or take the kayaks out. A quiet peaceful place, yet quick and convenient access to restaurants, bars, shopping, museums and all the fun to be had in the Savannah/Tybee area.

The cottage sets in the yard of the main home where the hosts resides. The host respects the privacy of guests while they are enjoying the yard, dock and pool. You may occasionally see the hosts as they maintain the yard and pool.

Sweet little lake cottage

This place is so sweet and Lori is a fantastic hostess. The location is PRIME and the surrounding areas are beautiful and full of really great folks. The cottage is clean and well kept. Thanks again for a great stay!

Great in between Savannah & Tybee

Enjoyed the stay. Nice neighborhood with easy drive to Savannah or Tybee. Pool was closed which was fine because of the weather. Dock was a nice place to relax and watch the jumping fish.

This cottage was perfect size for two of us. It was clean, nicely decorated, stocked with needed essentials and host was vert responsive to all our needs.

Great Stay in Great Area

We had a wonderful time in Savannah. This gem is located on Talahi Island, just between Savannah and Tybee Island. Great location. We were happy the owners we nearby as we had some car trouble on our way down and Don and Lori helped us! It was great to get to know them! Would stay there again if we go back to the area.

Perfect getaway!

Wonderful location! Lori was very quick to respond. Loved sitting on the deck! The pool was closed for season but is private to the main house and cottage. Very relaxing and highly recommend!!!

Really in the middle!

We wanted Tybee and Savannah-location was perfect for exploring both. Described as one bedroom, actually one room, for those of you with different “getting up” and “going to bed” habits! Comfortable furnishings, loved the decor, Lots of mullet jumping in the lake. Owner very responsive. 5 stars

Relaxing view

Nicely furnished. Would list as Studio since bedroom, living room, kitchenette are all one room. Bathroom very small. Cottage clean and everything you need is there for you. Enjoyed using the kayak and seeing the flying fish.

The perfect spot

Everything about this place is wonderful. Anything you need is in the cottage. We cooked many meals here. Used the grill as well. Cant say enough about the pool and the lake. The owners continually made sure we had anything we needed. Shelter by the pool and on the dock, extra bait for fishing. The location was a lucky choice. It is hot in july but a constant breeze on this island makes it 10 degrees cooler than in town. We cannot wait to get back.

Excellent Property

This was a great getaway. The cottage was clean, decorated for Christmas and even had music playing when we got there. It’s about 10 minutes from both Tybee and Savannah. Great place to relax. Loved being next to the water too. Lori was an excellent communicator and made sure everything was good. We’ll stay here again. Highly recommended.
