This breathtaking new ground level apartment is in the heart of the Historic District. Enjoy gorgeous designer finishes in the kitchen and bathroom. Relax inside in the professionally decorated living room or outside on the shared back patio which is totally enclosed and shared only with the 3 apartments on this property. The King size bed and queen pullout sofa allow the unit to sleep up to 4 people.

This listing includes one enclosed garage parking spot which will accommodate a small to medium size car. Garage bay fits a small or medium size car and the garage door is roughly 91' wide and 83' tall. If you have a larger car then you will need to use public street parking which is free within the 1 block radius.

It is very clean and well done. The location was great, my husband and I walked everywhere. The hairdryer was not working and they were very accommodating and got us a new one. The only thing that could have been better is they just had 2 relatively small towels. We would have liked at least one more towel. We would definitely stay there again.

This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in! The unit was well stocked and beautiful, just as pictured. The courtyard in back was peaceful.The location was great-a few blocks to one of the one/off trolly stops. Easy parking on street. Will definitely look to stay at another Savannah Luxury Rental!

This was one of the nicest rentals we have stayed in. The place was very clean and truly felt like a home away from home! The only downside to the property is that you can hear every single movement made from the people above, so just take that into consideration when booking. We would definitely stay again!

Staff is responsive to questions and concerns. The property on Liberty was great (except for the water buffalo staying upstairs). Look at other properties carefully to know location. Ask whether new construction or not.

Ottima posizione e, senza dubbio, bella casa. Le foto rispecchiano fedelmente l'appartamento. Comoda la possibilitĂ  del parcheggio sia nel garage che sulla strada di fronte alla proprietĂ .Pulizia buona, ma non ottimale (il divano, il materasso del divano letto ed i cuscini del divano purtroppo non all'altezza della pulizia complessiva della struttura).Nel complesso tuttavia Ăš soluzione che consiglierei senza alcun dubbio.Roberto

This cleanliness of this place was top tier which is a HUGE factor for me on ratings. I can deal with most issues, but the cleanliness is something that stands out to me. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back!

Great space with quick access to downtown

The house looks exactly like the photos. Very clean. Easy walk to downtown - less than a mile. Having garage parking is a plus. Garage is a touch small so it is hard to get in and out. But overall 10/10 stay!

What an awesome place to stay

Wow what an awesome place to stay when staying in Savannah! I would stay here over and over. Right in the middle of everything you want to see and do and plenty of street parking if your vehicle is too large for the garage. Highly recommend!
