The bedroom with the en suite bathroom upstairs - the bed is extremely squeaky. Trying to sleep at night and one movement would cause the bed to loudly squeak.

Charming and comfortable

After many trips to Savannah, this was our first time staying in a house in the historic district. The house was quiet, charming and comfortable, and the location was close to some of our favorite places: Broughton Street, Pirate House, etc. Loved hearing the horns from the cargo ships. We had a wonderful stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On the final day of our stay, they were filming a Netflix TV show in the square that this rental is in! That tells you everything you need to know. The rental is set in a picturesque, quintessential Savannah park square, which made for a great view out of our window. I cannot get over the location of this home. It was such a good spot for us to be able to walk ANYWHERE (highly recommend grabbing breakfast at Java Burrito, just down the street). The home was clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with anything you might need, including to-go mugs, aluminum foil, and containers. I was impressed by the hotel-quality toiletries and local coffee. It was perfect for the three of us to have a girls' weekend away. You can tell that Lucky Savannah thought of everything when prepping this home for a guest. Honestly not a single negative comment to add.

Great Friends Get Together

The property is quaint and historic yet has all the moderen amenities. We loved the location as we found we could walk almost everywhere and surrounding homes and nearby squares are lovely. We are four friends from college over 50 years ago but we would all definitely book this VRBO again.

Best Vacation for Moms Birthday

The location is perfect for walking to Canal Street, Mercer house, or any other historic location. The house is perfect for 2 couples or girls/guys weekend. We cooked breakfast each morning and either lunch or dinner allowing only one meal out. Great option for those not wanting to eat out every meal. Highly recommend the hop on hop off trolley. Made the ride to Forsyth Park enjoyable and entertaining.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice place. Kitchen was the first I’ve ever found to be fully stocked for cooking. Very comfortable atmosphere and not much street noise. The only thing I would advise is add blackout curtains to the entire upstairs. Only because from sun up to sun down it gets direct light even with blinds closed and it caused the air unit to struggle a bit up there. It wasn’t bothersome as we spent most of the day out in town, but it would make a world of difference in terms of utilities.
