Discover the perfect getaway in this 3 bedroom 2.5 bath villa townhome in the community of Taramino. This location is just a short drive to the beach and accessible to the Junction Breakwater Trail from the Covered Bridge community just behind the Taramino neighborhood.

On the first floor is the kitchen with a peninsula with barstools and a dining table for six. The kitchens flows into a spacious family room complete with comfy couches, a gas fireplace and a convenient half bath. Beyond the family room is a cozy sunroom that provides additional seating.

On the second floor you’ll find the primary bedroom with a king bed and private full bath. There are also two guest rooms on this floor that share the full hall bath.

After a day at the beach, you can relax on the back patio with a tranquil pond view. The community also has a pool that is available for guest use.

This property does not accept pets.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival are required to be in certified funds or by credit card.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.
