Condo was very nice. As promised it had easy access to the pool and good access to the beach. Six miles from downtown historic Fernandina Beach and we loved the historic downtown, and its great options and restaurants. It was a great trip!!

We had a great stay at Amelia Island. Condo is steps away from the pool and beach. Although the patio is close to the pool, it still felt like we had plenty of privacy. Condo was clean and stocked with enough soap/supplies for the long weekend. Would love to come back next year.

It was described as having an ocean view...well, if you stood up on a table in the living room you could see the ocean. Also, it would have been nice to be able to get regular channels on the tv. Another little thing to make it nice would have been bath soap in the bathroom.

Hi Connie. We apologize for any confusion. Our condo is oceanfront on the first floor, so you are correct; there is no water view from inside. It is steps to the ocean. Our photos are accurate so you can see what the view is like. We meant to include body wash, but our housekeepers missed it. We wish you had dropped us a text or email and we would have brought you some. Sorry!

Great stay with all the essentials. Nice close walk to the beach. Recommend a vehicle if staying here as restaurants and shopping is about a 15 min drive away.

Over the years, we have stayed at many different units on this property. This unit was well stocked, very clean and the host stayed in communication with us. The blinds in the bedroom are broke but that wasn’t much of a problem.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we plan to keep returning. The condo is in perfect condition within view of the ocean…you can hear the waves from the private patio. Seamless communication with the owners and easy check in process. Love love love it!

We booked this place to visit family that was staying in another unit. It was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 year old daughter. Having a ground floor unit that was literally right outside the pool area and walkway to the beach was perfect. It wasn’t too close that we heard any pool noise though. The kitchen was fully equipped, laundry was right in the unit and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. In fact, the family we were visiting said they were envious of this unit over the one they had rented. Thanks for a great little stay!

B108 is a comfortable one bedroom unit with a patio providing easy access to the pool and path to ocean. Nice place to watch sunrises. The kitchen has everything needed to make meals and loved it had both Keurig and regular coffee maker. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Brian & Julie

Great location and rental

This was our second time renting this property, and we loved the location: it is close to the beach, has great walking trails nearby, and has wonderful restaurants within easy driving distance.
