It was really roomy, on a park on the water. Eagles, crows, ravens, robins, and seagulls abound. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We would love to return!

Great location, great view

We were very pleased with our stay. Property was as shown in pictures. Hosts, Julie & Ian, were friendly & very willing to help with any needs. It was our first trip with a new puppy & there was lots of roaming space for her. We had a lovely relaxing holiday & hope to return next year. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay. We will be back again in this very same unit as it was 'PERFECT"!! The view is blissful, the fireplace would be wonderful in cooler weather. A wonderful experience we both had at this serene local. We love going to Quadra Island and would stay here again. For a relaxing retreat this is worth it.

Fantastic location by Marina in Heriot bay. Beautiful beach front property. Very calm and relaxing spot enjoyed every moment. Hosts were fantastic, accomadating and friendly. Highly recommend

Amazing Location-Great hosts

This location is so perfect for a get away to Quadra. It was close to all the major trails so getting there was so easy. The view from the property is amazing. We sat on the chairs in the yard and just watched the activities on the water . Ian and Julie were great. The communication from start to finish was first class. We will stay with them again.

Glorious view

Pretty location. Great deck with view of Herriot Bay. Well equipped kitchen and outdoor barbecue as well. Electric fireplace kept the well appointed living room cozy on our rainy days. Roomy bedroom and deluxe slate shower room. Friendly and helpful hosts. We enjoyed our visit during a rainy November. It would be amazing in warm weather.

Incredible family

The unit that I stayed at was the lower level, one bedroom. Comfortable, clean, modern, well equipped, incredible sunsets, close to the water. Water at the tap is clean and drinkable. Ian & Julie are great hosts. I had a kayak and Ian went out of his way to help me launch my boat. Their son blessed me with a beautiful piece of salmon. I had a great time. The only thing negative I could think of is it can get noisy when a little one is in the upstairs unit. I definitely will be back again.

We popped over from Campbell River for a mini staycation. We’ve visited Quadra Island numerous times, and always enjoyed it.Fell in love with the location and layout of this home. And that’s what it felt like. Everything we could want, and more. So comfortable and inviting. Our hosts were great! We’re already planning on returning next year!
