Very welcoming hosts, good, clean accommodation and well equipped kitchen. The view from the property was outstanding, despite the rainy weather. Very happy with our stay and will certainly consider a return visit.

Ian and Julie were excellent hosts and the home was amazing and fully equipped. The property well maintained and felt very private. They had great knowledge of the area for walks, hikes etc.

The property was amazing! The view was spectacular! And the home was spotless, quiet, well equipped, very comfortable and perfectly located. Julie is a fantastic host who is informative and she made our stay exceptional.We are already looking into dates for next year:-)

Clean welcoming home, greeted by owner and was made to feel very at home. In very calm peaceful setting overlooking the whole bay and mountains. The only noise was the early morning birds singing.. Walks along the beach in the mornings with deer passing by were a plus or just sitting on the deck to watch the sunrise.

Awesome spot

The hosts were very responsive and accomodating. The house was very clean and well stocked. Would not hesitate staying here again as well as recommending to family and friends.

Beautiful spot

We rented the top floor of the home, others were below, & hosts close by. We were very comfortable, and loved having direct access to the water from the garden. Views of the marina, & the Quadra/Cortez ferry fabulous!

Cozy Quadra Home

Absolutely stunning view!! Property is well maintained the couple that run it are lovely people who clearly take pride in their home. We had an awesome stay, it was super cozy with a couch you can just fall asleep on looking at the boats on the water. My hubby and I would definitely stay here again hopefully not for work next time so we have the energy to explore the island.

Wish we could have stayed longer

The home itself is spacious and cozy in style. There's a beautiful view from the house and deck. The hosts are friendly and easy to communicate with. The house is close to Rebecca Spit, hiking trails and other amenities. It was a perfect getaway for me and a friend.

Spectacular!

Long weekend for a family wedding, this house was perfect! Felt like home away from home except much cleaner! Everything one might need in this 2 bedroom house. Quiet, with water, boats and mountains to gaze out on. Large deck facing the water. Hosts were super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!
