A gorgeous pool and hot tub was added to the property in 2023, in addition to a beautiful dock along the marsh. The panoramic marsh views are showcased throughout this gorgeous home, located in the heart of the wonderful golf community, Sea Palms neighborhood, on Saint Simons Island, Georgia. The sunrise over the marsh and river is absolutely stunning and the perfect way to start the day, whether enjoyed from the back patio or inside the home.

This professionally decorated, 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home features hardwood floors throughout the house, and an incredible open floor plan.

The completely renovated kitchen features high-end appliances, lots of natural light, a gorgeous wooden bar and chopping block countertop, and 6 barstools, creating plenty of room for guests to gather. The expansive, open-flow kitchen connects to the dining room and the Great Room, which boasts spectacular views of the Black Banks River and marsh. The dining room features a gorgeous, marble table with cozy chairs. The highlight of the Great Room is the RH Cloud sectional, perfect for movie nights and relaxing after a long day at the beach. The original brick, two-story masonry fireplace provides an elegant and cozy touch to the living space.

The owners turned the additional living area adjacent to the dining room and Great Room into a fun, game room for friends and family to enjoy. The game room includes a light-up shuffleboard and mini bowling game, The Golden Tee Game, and a stand up Arcade Game!

The main level continues with the expansive primary bedroom, that centers around the gorgeous marsh views. With double doors facing the marsh, you can open the doors and enjoy the relaxing feeling of the sea breeze. The primary bedroom features a wooden 4 poster, King bed, oversized chest of drawers, hanging chair, TV and more. The primary bathroom has a gorgeous grotto style, white marble shower, along with a beautiful vanity space that includes his and hers sinks. The primary closet is locked off, but guests have a hanging rack and shelves in the bathroom, in addition to a 9 drawer chest in the master bedroom.

The second bedroom on the main floor features a warm, coastal feel with a Queen bed, lots of natural light and beautiful wood details. The en-suite bathroom has a gorgeous black vanity, and white, subway tile shower. The laundry room is adjacent to the primary bedroom and second bedroom and features oversized HE washer and dryer, laundry room sink, and plenty of folding and hanging space.

There is also an additional guest bathroom on the main hallway, near the two downstairs bedrooms and laundry room. It is perfectly located for guests and just off of the kitchen.

Outside, a beautiful back patio features 4 chaise lounges and 2 oversize wicker chairs. The patio is the perfect place to soak up the sun, enjoy the sunrise, or to watch the sunset. This amazing outdoor living space also features additional, built-in bench seating around the deck.

Upstairs, a gorgeous loft space awaits, with two sets of twin bunk beds, perfect for a children’s hideaway and play space. The loft space also includes a children's TV and seating area, in addition to play space.

The second floor also features a queen bedded room, with a cozy-built in daybed under the window that overlooks the marsh. The second floor is rounded out with a beautiful bathroom that features a subway tile shower.

Another amazing aspect of this home, is the large guest house above the garage that highlights the marsh view. This spacious bedroom includes two queen beds, and a private balcony with a bistro table and chairs. A desk, overlooking the pool and marsh provides a quiet, serene space away from the main home for anyone needing to work during their stay. The guest house has plenty of storage with an oversized dresser and closet. There is also a beautiful seating space around the marble table providing more work or dining space. The ensuite bathroom includes a white subway tile shower. The guest house is perfect for a couple wanting more privacy, parents, a nanny suite, or anyone in the group that wants to enjoy a more quiet living space.

The house was gorgeously landscaped in 2022, to include a beautiful front yard, and stunning back yard, with soft grass and stunning landscaping. In addition to a beautiful yard, there is a new dock in the back yard, and a brand new, stunning pool and hot tub (added in 2023) that overlook the marsh. The pool can be heated year round. This is the perfect place to enjoy a sunset or sunrise with friends and family, surrounded by the beauty and peace of the marsh.

The home is close to the Sea Palms Resort & Clubhouse, which includes tennis courts, a full-service restaurant and bar, an 18-hole golf course and a driving range that are available for the public to book. Convenient to Sea Island, Frederica, Ocean Forest, King & Prince Golf Course and a bike ride to downtown St. Simons, this beautiful home is a great way to experience island life in a peaceful and relaxing setting, with plenty of living space for friends or family alike. Guests can access the Saint Simons beaches via golf cart or car.
