Apt #5 a Studio Apt with kitchen and table top stove. It is located on the 2nd floor. Private internal stairs to access room. Bathroom is detached but private no other unit access to internal stairs. Apartment . 5 consists of AC,TV, WIFI, private bathroom, full kitchen etc. #5 is less than 2 minute walk to the Maxwell and Dover beach. Dover Supermarket is less than 1 minute walk.

BLR Beach Villas is a small hotel With 14 apartments consist of Studios and 1bedroom Apartments located at 3rd Dover Avenue, Saint Lawrence Gap ,Christ Church opposite Ocean 2 hotel and Sandals hotel

Environment: This is dear to our arts BLR believed that sustainable development and we aim to minimize all negative impact with that said
1. Turn off all lights and fans and tabs when not in use.
2. Pease immediately record any leaking or broken tops or to Front desk or housekeeper.

3.Turn off A/C when not in use. All windows and doors should be closed while utilizing AC unit.

Housekeeping. The $30/50usd that was changed on your booking is provide the following housekeeping service.

1. Clean room on arrival and checkout

2.Provide full housekeeping service and linen change 3 days after arrival. Example (if you arrived Sunday, you will receive full housekeeping service Wednesday).

3.If required and additional cleaning service, please request with Front Desk or your assigned housekeeper.

LAUNDRY: Service will be provided at a cost of $10usd for washing service and $10usd for drying service.

KEYS: You will receive (1) key upon arrival. If you misplace this key the lock on the apartment will be Replaced at a Cost to you at $75usd.

GUEST SUPPLIES: BLR Beach villas will provide welcome amenities for your arrival and replenish the toiletries for your apartment. If you should require any additional items for your room, they can be purchased at the nearest supermarket.

SMOKING: No smoking will be permitted in the rooms. You are more than welcome to Smoke on your balcony/patio. Be respectful to your non-smoking neighbors.

Security: Cameras are located throughout the exterior of the building this will be 24-hour security cameras on the property in all public areas for your safety also close/lock the gates and your doors.

kitchen _The stove Must be light by match/lighter please do not POUR any grease/Oil into the sink it will BLOCK the sink.

Additional guest is $25usd per night all additional guests must be reported failure to do so may result in eviction from the property without any refund.

The pool will be open 24 hours however it will be closed between the hour of 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM for maintenance.
