Thank you for staying with us, Robin, it was a pleasure hosting you and your family! For reference to future guests, once converted, our sofa turns into a full size bed and can fit 2 people. There may have been a misunderstanding since she had booked for 4 people and didn't communicate with us that she wanted to use the sofa bed, so we did not send her instructions on how to convert the sofa. Once the back is clicked to lay flat, we provide a full size memory foam mattress topper, sheets, pillows and blankets for guests to use.

Hi Cathy, thank you for your review! It was a pleasure hosting you and your husband. For reference to future guests: - We stopped by the apartment after Cathy’s stay to check on the smell of smoke. We didn’t notice anything, but nonetheless we opened all windows and doors to air everything out while cleaning, as well as ran an air filter (Shark’s Nanoseal Air Purifier with True HEPA) for 48 hours. This air purifier removes 99.8% of airborne particles such as pollutants, dander, fumes, dusk, smoke, and allergens in an area up to 1,000 sq ft - We have removed and replaced the caulking in the bathroom that had some mold spots - We've updated our cleaning checklist so that our housekeepers check each side of sheets to see if anything is glued on it before washing them, and after they are dried. This was a miss on our end and we are truly sorry for the fake eyelash on the bedding Thank you so much for your review. We wish we had been informed about this during your stay so that we could have remedied any concerns to make your time with us more comfortable. We hope this did not affect your stay too much.
