Lovely condo with spectacular views.

I would for sure stay there again. Nice condo with lots of space with large bedroom and spacious bathroom. Kitchen was also large.

Great unit, not so great building

The condo unit itself is great. The highlight is definitely the views. Amazing water views in the living room and master bedroom. All the rooms were well appointed. I would stay here again based on the unit alone. The building and process however leaves a lot to be desired. This is not like any W I’ve been to. 4/6 elevators didn’t work our entire stay. We had to show ids prior to check in, at check in to host company, at check in to building lobby and then again to get access to pool. Im sure it has to do with prior incidents but less than ideal. Additionally the amenities have seen better days. Not well maintained.

Quick stay

Needed a place to stay the night in Miami after an event. This place was great, location, views, grounds. Wish we could have used the facilities but the rain ruined it. Would definitely book again.

Overall the condo was nice
fine for a weekend stay. Great communication for the most part. The amenities are top notch and the views, gorgeous. The primary bedroom was nice, super comfortable bed. The second bedroom however had very tiny beds. Much smaller than they appeared in photos. The couch was super low to the ground, extremely uncomfortable and had a huge stain on it.

The Views!!

This condo is by far the best we’ve stayed in. Very clean and better than pictures. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. The pool was great. Everything is easy to access in the building. The views are amazing- you have pool views and bay views. The location is great - you can walk to lots of food and shopping. We’re already planning our next stay!

Comfort with a view

The views are stunning and the apartment is comfortable and clean. Wonderful surprises were the wonderful (extra long!) infinity pool and the spa. Steam, sauna, jacuzzi and cold plunge. Really nice to disconnect.

Great long weekend

We enjoyed the pool, spa, Addikt restaurant near the pool, Mexican restaurant Veinte in adjacent building. Easiliy walked to Whole Foods and enjoyed the sidewalk along the seawall. Would have been good to have the options and phone number to pre- book spa appointments. Great weekend overall.

Awesome view / very fun place to stay

Ive stayed at this building multiple times and its always lots of fun. There is crazy ocean and city skyline views from this property. There is so much stuff in very close walking distance to do from the building. The Whole foods is just about a 5 minute walk away a couple blocks down the street. There is 5 or more food trucks in the park right next to the building with amazing authentic hispanic food and a bakery. The mall is also just a couple blocks away, Brickell city centre, which is a very high end shopping mall with tons of stores and food places. The property was clean, beds were comfy, The pool at this building is amazing. I will definetley be coming back to miami again and i reccomend these hosts as the check in/ check out process was smooth as can be. Thank you !

Great Spot to Experience All Miami Has To Offer

The good: Apartment was in good condition. Location is great--30 minutes or less to almost anywhere in the Miami area, depending on traffic. Checking in was easy and communication with the hosts was quick and they always responded. Loved the pool! The so-so (but not bad!): Parking is offsite or expensive for the W Hotel valet. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous apartment...amazing view

We had a lovely week in this apartment - great location, excellent amenities and facilities, and stunning views over the Bay. Also having use of the enormous pool for the complex was a bonus! Definitely recommended

Fell In Love as Soon I walked in & Seen The View

I absolutely Loved this condo & appreciated all it had to offer. My Family really enjoyed our stay, from the awesome pool view & stunning bay views was perfect. My husband took advantage of the fitness center, my kids stayed in the pool & I stayed gazing off the balcony & Master bedroom city views were all so perfect. The only thing I’d add is to pay attention to the cleaning detail as far as hair found in the master bedroom & animal fur. Not a deal breaker but it was a bit found. But I or We would definitely stay again, actually friends are interested in staying here as well.

Beautiful property

This was a beautiful property that was not overstated by the photos online (which is sometimes the case). The view and location was fantastic. While the check-in process was a little chaotic, the site manager was very responsive. We had a couple of minor issues (plugged shower drain and batteries died in the safe) which were both resolved very quickly with no fuss. I would definitely recommend this place to others looking to stay in the area.

Awesome Place. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished by owner, an interior designer. We love what we do and it shows in every aspect: cleanliness, decoration with original paintings, full service, extras (wine waiting for you upon arrival). Yes, our apartment is very well equipped, uncommonly so.

You will be able to access the spa and swimming pool and receive towels at no additional cost. You may also visit the large gym and enjoy the selection of Technogym machines, or you may decide to take one of the many free classes available (spinning, yoga...).
